I honestly can’t thank Heidi and the whole SO Resi sales team enough for all the support they gave me while buying my dream home.

Heidi was absolutely wonderful from the very beginning. She was incredibly kind, patient and always so lovely to deal with. She had to wait quite a long time while I sorted out my mortgage, and she never once made me feel pressured or rushed. She was just there, patiently waiting and helping me whenever I needed her.

Throughout the whole process, she was always on it, keeping me updated, answering my questions and making sure everything was moving forward. I always felt that I could contact her and she would be there to help.

Buying this home has meant so much to me, and I honestly don’t think I could have asked for a nicer person to accompany me through such an important moment in my life.

Thank you, Heidi, for your incredible patience, kindness and support, and thank you to the whole SO Resi team. You made the whole journey feel so much easier and, most importantly, I never felt alone in the process.

Katie has been so helpful, friendly and patient, answering all of my (many!) questions and emails along the way. She has kept us updated throughout the process, chased things when needed and made what can be a very stressful process feel so much easier.

We just purchased a Shared Ownership Property through SoResi, and the two sales consultants, Sandhiya and Weronika, were fantastic and went out of their way throughout the process, from the initial viewing through to the exchange.

We gave honest feedback on the financial company that they have outsourced the right to buy and financial affordability test to: Metro Finance, who are not transparent in how they carry out the affordability test and appear not to be able to carry out basic addition (as well as putting a lot of pressure on you as buyers). There is a separate review for them, so feel free to check this out.

Our solicitors advised us that the completion team have been known to pull out of a purchase if one does not agree to their timeline; we did not find this. However, we found that their solicitors were not able to exchange on the agreed day.

Overall, we cannot fault the Sales consultancy team, who are more than accommodating and make you feel at ease with the purchase. We felt it was important to let prospective buyers know that Metor Finance's part in the process is anything but smooth and makes the whole situation much more stressful than it should be.
