First rate service. Hassle free!
I dealt with Waliur & he was excellent. The guy has a wealth of knowledge on South Wales, advising me on what to look out for. Always kept me up to date & was incredibly responsive - 100% first rate service. Can't compliment enough the balance of professionalism, genuine helpfulness & friendliness.

Amazing experience
Amazing experience. I was searching for a while trying to secure a purchase for a house. With a lot of competition it was near impossible to land the right deal. Property Sourcing Solutions were able to land a great deal for me. I managed to save a lot by taking this route as PSS managed to secure close to asking price. They do take a small fee, but it is worth it as you won’t be buying a house for an amount extortionately more than asking price.
If you are looking to buy a house which won’t cost tens of thousands more than asking price then Property Sourcing Solutions is who you need to contact. I can’t recommend them enough.
