High standard of service
There were issues with getting the goods I had ordered to me in the Netherlands. Not the fault of the seller but they were diligent in pursuing the matter until I recieved my order.
I was very impressed with the both the level of service and the quality of communication.

Hi Tony,
We are sorry that you have not recieved your boots. However, we had not recieved any email from you until 26 May. It appears that you wanted the address changed, but never got in contact with us to arrange it. As such, they have been devliered to the address that you left us with. May we suggest you contact the address and see where they may have stored your parcel. We would appreciate if you remove the 1* review as we have delivered your parcel exactly as instructed, just as the other pair of boots you are enjoying.
Best wishes,
Sowerbys Shoes

No complaints, just stars!
Over the years I have ordered shoes, sandals, trainers and boots from Sowerbys Shoes and have always had excellent dealings with them. I appreciate the quality of the shoes and the fact that there is a good range of non-leather shoes.
