Great firm with the PERSONAL service
There are numerous firms selling cooker switches on the web as I found out but very few that were able to find a switch for a 25 year old cooker. However SPAREPARTS4COOKERS did find a replacement switch and even emailed instructions to wire it up. I dealt with Harrison who was very helpful and patient. He always answered the phone personally not through email 3 days later!
You won't find a better firm for service for cooker spares. Their prices are good and with free returns.

Thank you again for your order with us. I’m really sorry to hear about the frustration with the delivery, and I completely understand how disappointing delays can be.
I’ve looked into your order and can see it was placed on Saturday 9th, dispatched on Monday 11th, and arrived in Belgium on Tuesday 12th. Because we don’t charge VAT on exports, customs duties and taxes are handled locally by the recipient. In this case, it looks like those weren’t paid until the 19th, which is likely what caused the hold-up.
Once the payment went through, your parcel entered the import process. Most shipments pass through smoothly, but occasionally parcels are selected for extra checks, which can add a bit of time. The good news is that your order has now cleared customs this morning, so you should receive it very soon — likely this week.
I’m so sorry this took longer than expected. While customs delays are unfortunately outside our control, please know that everything on our side was completed properly and on time.

Harrison was so knowledgeable. I will definitely use the company again.
Harrison was so helpful. I bought 4 new gas hob rings and plates on his advice and the hob works a treat now , no more yellow flames. He saved me an unnecessary call out due to his knowledge. The parts were ordered early afternoon and arrived the next morning. Absolutely super service. Will definitely use again.
