Always receive a good service from Sparkle and Dot. Lovely selection of hallmarked silver and aluminium bracelets and her hand stamping is always excellent. She is very accommodating about personalisation and/or changes to her pieces. Items are always beautifully packed and come with instructions for caring for them. Delivery times are good and good communications regarding your order. I'm always very pleased otherwise I wouldn't be a repeat customer.

The price meant that the piece (a personalised bookmark) I bought was really good value
It arrived very quickly in a very discreet box and the bookmark itself was hand wrapped with a lovely little bow around it
And after I ordered I received emails asking if there were any other designs I wanted to add to make it more personal and add to the looks, which was great because I'm not artistic in the slightest, so it was great having that guidance to make this gift stand out even more
