It took too many days for delivery after receiving the order in North York. North York is just over an hour to get to Belleville.

Full Disclosure: I have been a vanilla extract maker for many years now and up until recently have bought my beans from my preferred vendor in the US. Wanting to find a Canadian source due to dramatically increased shipping charges and the poor exchange rate, I happened to stumble on Orchid-Vanilla and placed a small order just to see what their beans were like. Folks, THIS COMPANY IS FANTASTIC! The vanilla beans I received are wonderfully plump and oily and have the most exquisite vanilla aroma - they are every bit as good as - if not better than what I have been buying for many years. They arrived vacuum sealed in perfect condition, and are of the correct weight (I always check) Shipping was quick and efficient and made my inner child dance with joy! If you're Canadian and you're looking for top quality vanilla beans at a great price and want to avoid high shipping charges from the US, look no further. Etobicoke and I live in Milton and today is one week later and I still never received my product . Horrible shipping and customer service.

I ordered Madagascar vanilla bean powder Gourmet first grade and I am pleased at how fine it’s ground. I used it in my morning coffee. It smells amazing and tastes great. It doesn’t dissolve in liquids but I expected that. I used some of it to infuse in raw Buckwheat honey and will wait a few weeks. I would definitely purchase again.

J'ai achété il y a6 jours, j'ai reçu 6 courriels, confirmation d'achat, confirmation d'emballage, confirmation d'envoi, confirmation comme de quoi que le colis est en route et 2 demandes pour savoir comme ils ont fait et probablement comment était le produit... faut-il préciser que je ne l'ai pas reçu encore et pas cuisiner alors pas de presse !! MISE À JOUR, j'ai reçu les fèves en questions, sentent vraiment bonnes ! Maintenant pour la saveur.... comme je disais, ça sent bon. Ça aura pris 2 semaines pour la réception, mais ce n'étais pas moi qui était pressé :-)
