Orchid-Vanilla Pods | Spice-Land Wholesale Opiniones

finally arrived, so have not had a chance to try the product

Ordered vanilla powder. No problems, good product.

The quality is excellent and the time from order to shipping is fast.

Website was very easy to use.
Shipping was fast!
Product was exactly as described

This is my second time buying from Spiceland Wholesale and the products are excellent quality, products arrive fast and when I called to ask questions they we friendly and flexible. I highly recommend this company.

My order came out faster than expected. The Madagascar beans I received are plump and not dry at all. They were fragrant and smelled divine!
Only bad thing is I have to wait several months now to try the extract. ;)

It took too many days for delivery after receiving the order in North York. North York is just over an hour to get to Belleville.

When I needed help to fix a mistake I made ordering, the customer service was lighting fast and fixed it in a flash. thanks folx

Delivery and packaging was great. The website was very informative and easy to navigate

This is my 2nd order of beans from here to make vanilla. Sources are limited in Canada for good quality beans at a great price. My shipping has been next business day for both orders.

Full Disclosure: I have been a vanilla extract maker for many years now and up until recently have bought my beans from my preferred vendor in the US. Wanting to find a Canadian source due to dramatically increased shipping charges and the poor exchange rate, I happened to stumble on Orchid-Vanilla and placed a small order just to see what their beans were like. Folks, THIS COMPANY IS FANTASTIC! The vanilla beans I received are wonderfully plump and oily and have the most exquisite vanilla aroma - they are every bit as good as - if not better than what I have been buying for many years. They arrived vacuum sealed in perfect condition, and are of the correct weight (I always check) Shipping was quick and efficient and made my inner child dance with joy! If you're Canadian and you're looking for top quality vanilla beans at a great price and want to avoid high shipping charges from the US, look no further. These are excellent beans from an excellent company - a 10/10 experience! I really wish I would have found them sooner. Thank you Orchid-Vanilla Pods/Spice-Land Wholesale!

Have ordered three times now and each time the order has shipped quickly, is well packaged, and quality of the beans is excellent.

Haven’t received yet so can’t attest to quality, but ordering process and updates have been easy and great

I had a great experience with this company. The ordering process was quick and easy, and my package arrived much sooner than expected. The product quality is top-notch and met all my wife's expectations. I’ll definitely be ordering again!

I’ve ordered their Madagascar vanilla powder it was shipped on Monday from
Etobicoke and I live in Milton and today is one week later and I still never received my product . Horrible shipping and customer service.
