I took the car from Spinny hub Yelahanka while taking that itself they were forcing me to take on the same day inspite I requested next day delivery.
Finally, I had to compromise and take same day delivery.
Now, comes the actual issue. As soon as 10days from the car delivery which is less driven 11K kms and only an 2-3 years old car which got stopped functional in the night middle of the road where me and my family has to be isolated.
After, too many calls and follow-ups after 4hours received towing support to nearest Spinny garrage.
Initially they told that there is some minor issue in the fuel pump which will be replaced in a day or two. I kept silent for two days, later after two days I called them they were telling stories it will be delivered in 10days which triggered my patience.
When I personally met Hub Yelahanka Manager Nagendra he told so many stories and finally got a call from post sales team that they are initiating refund against my purchase.
Till here I was unhappy by the way their service was and later comes Ms. Monica Pundhir, a really true support for all the flaws, she was with me till all refund process and each and every clear updates etc. Really, she should be recognised by Spinny for all the negative being changed to positive.
Initially my feedback would have been worst 1 start but due to her service, support and timely update I moved to 3 start.
Other 2 stars will be only because of HUB manager and garrage representatives.
I suggest Spinny to improve your technical capabilities, this was my 2nd car but here after I don't prefer nor do I suggest Spinny.
Technical glitches can happen even with new car, it is all the way you handle the customer is real tough times.
Lucky enough I did not file any defamation case only due to Monica from post sales, you should really be thankful for these kind of resources within you.

Nishank helped resolve the issues and got my car delivered. Nishank has proactively promised to attend to any issues that may arise after this service. Hope the quality of car service is good too.

Nishank resolved my issue within few hours and got my issue sortsd and money refunded after a terrible experience with spinny. 5 stars for Nishank from social media team but 0 stars for spinny selling lemon cars and falsely checked cars that should not even be on the road!
The social media team has done a great job,they got my rc issues fixed within a week.Thanks for the assistance

I brought car from Spinny on 6th Jan 2026. I had identified some issues -
1. Dicky mat to be replaced as the existing one is not for this particular type of car
2. Info system did not function.
I am chasing from more than 3 weeks, no one is taking ownership in order to resolve the issue. Finally, I was asked to go to their service workshop which is around 10 kms from my place and they are okay to do the work but Spinny is not approving to proceed with the changes. Worst service !

After a tough start and negative review post, Spinny’s team stepped in to improve the process to ensure I am convinced to Post a positive feedback. The price drop was a plus. Mr. Nithin kept his promise and made the handover smooth as committed. Appreciate his concern and willingness to not let go customer. Mr. Sivakumar handled his tasks promptly. However, the manager’s egoistic behavior on key handover day was disappointing—no congratulations or warm closure. Improving this would make customer service much better. Most importantly , I expect full commitment for the 1 year warranty promised.Overall, the experience was good. 🚗👍
This time the behaviour and act of eveluator as well as coordinating person is exellent..i got impressed this time. Best of luck

The issue has still not been resolved. This is not a rat-bite problem; it appears to be a different issue altogether. As mentioned earlier, the same issue was identified in 2024, even before I purchased the car.
Please look into this matter seriously and arrange an alternative car from Spinny. I have lost confidence in using this vehicle.
This appears to be the reason why the previous owner sold this car.
I request you to immediately speak with your higher management and arrange an alternative car, as I am no longer confident in using this vehicle.

I had purchased a Wagon r from spinny Ghaziabad on Aug 25,sone days back I had an issue with insurance claim process,and I contacted customer care,Ms Monica assigned that movement,she handled the matter and things took into positive trend,I was very upset before and I was able to knock the door of consumer court,but Monica had done all things well and sort out the matter smartly.truelly saying Ms Monica is an asset of your Spinny company.
