Had a Spiral Backpack bought for me for Christmas and it is fantastic. My mother in law didn’t realise the cross body came free as part of a promo so didn’t order one. I let Spiral know and they haven’t one out to me. What brilliant service.
I’ve got about 5 products from this company all of great quality. My free crossbody was returned due to the incompetence of Evri who on the 23rd December told me my parcel had been delayed as I was going away for Christmas arranged for it to be delivered to a collection point. Soon after I was told it had been delivered & it had to be collected by Christmas Day. I wasn’t home until 28th & it had already been returned.
I reached out to spiral who apologised & resent the item which I received today
Very very professional and customer helpful company.
Queried a previous order and within hours had reply and problem resolved in less than a day.

Ordered a airline sized backpack but when it arrived it was too small. Spiral were super responsive and positive in their communications. They swiftly replaced with a larger bag. This is excellent, well made, looks great - and Spiral gave me a great deal. The cross body bag is also great. Its such a pleasure to deal with this company and i will use them again and happily recommend them.
picked up the promotional sos that a large order had cancelled and they were doing a free crossbody bag with very delux backpack, so I ordered 6 and got just 1 crossbody bag. i will be taking this up with trading standards
I ordered a 20L backpack for my husband as his Christmas present on 11th December which also came with a free crossbody bag. To date i have contacted the company via email twice and via their Instagram with no response despite them being online yesterday. Its now the 22nd December and my order is still saying Processing! Absolute sham and no way to get a refund.
I've have nothing but praise for this company. I can't review the actual bag yet as it's a Christmas present but the service and replies to my emails have been top notch.
My only concern for them is, like another company I've had major problems with, is their use of Evri which I suspect is the cause of some of the bad reviews. An unshipped part order has just arrived by Royal Mail tho, so perhaps they've learnt their lesson.

I initially came across Spiral via Instagram & liked the look of their products. I purchased a Transporter Delux backpack on Pre Order which came with a free crossbody bag. When the backpack arrived, there was no crossbody bag & I realised I should have ordered it & not expected them to just pop any old one in with my order. I emailed the company stating what had happened & explained it was MY fault not there’s & asked if there was any chance I could still claim my free crossbody bag. To be honest I wasn’t hopeful. Imagine my surprise when I received a lovely email back from Spiral saying that of course they would honour the free offer & to choose one & they would send it on to me. So that’s what I’ve done. The backpack I’d received was big & of excellent quality & I’m delighted to say I will be purchasing one for myself in the New Year. Well done Spiral. Excellent product & outstanding customer service 👍
I purchased a Deluxe backpack for husband's birthday. Sadly it wasn't a good fit for him because he needed more sections and pockets. I was able to make a return and was refunded promptly. Thank you so much for making the process seamless.

received a reply the same day - EXCELLENT I thought.
Was asked for more detail, I've given it to them and now NOTHING!
Its now 15 days since I sent the details requested. A shame that my experience has gone from great to bad.
Now looking for a new bag with a recommended customer service team that works.
UPDATE - New rucksack dispatched and arrived, thank you Spiral for honouring the warranty, upgrading to a 3.
Wow just Wow ….great company and great bag. Ordering was simple and delivery quick. I forgot to claim the free cross body and contacted them and within a couple of hours they replied and asked me to choose which one I wanted That’s excellent customer service in my book!
The bag is really good. Lovely shade of smoky blue grey. It’s lightweight . There’s a range of pockets and after trying it in 2 bouts of torrential rain I can confirm it’s totally waterproof. I also love the super smooth feel of the material.
The price represents EXCELLENT value for money. Don’t hesitate to buy this bag because it’s a bargain!
I ordered a bag and Olive-Black Explorer Crossbody Bag. The pre order date was 3/12 and i was told it would be shipped out that day. Safe to say I've still not had my order. I tried to email the company and got an automated response to basically say we’re too busy to answer customer enquiries. Terrible customer service and the expectation setting is none existent. Wouldn't recommend buying anything if you want it this side of the new year.
As a design professional, I've used backpacks for a long time and from the perspective of value for money, aesthetics, functionality and quality, in my opinion this is the best in class. You will not be disappointed! Wayne
I’ve just received my bag and haven’t had the chance to use it yet, but I’m already impressed! I’ll be taking it on my upcoming adventure in Poland and will share a picture then.

I ordered my backpack, and although the bag looked good in the pictures, the real one is not as good. Part of the deal was that I should receive another bag for free. When I placed my order, I wasn’t informed that the free bag would be sent separately.
I contacted customer service, and they told me I would receive the free bag by 6 December. Now, when I email them, they say they don’t know when it will arrive. This makes them look unreliable. Transparency would be the best policy.
I ordered the bag because they claimed they had lost a big contract and I wanted to support them. Now I understand why they lost it. Please avoid!
