I’ve got two bags: the transporter deluxe backpack and the transporter deluxe messenger. They are both great! The design is very modern, amazing inside space, material is also great (water resistance without looking cheap and plastic ish). Couldn’t be happier. As a London commuter, makes me feel very safe without loosing in style. I recommend them 100%.
On the 27th October I ordered a Transporter Deluxe Backpack, which arrived the next day, and a FREE Transporter Deluxe Messenger to be dispatched 3rd December - it arrived 4th December. How many companies deliver the exact day they say they will 1 month beforehand! Brilliant!
The Bags themselves look and feel fantastic, really well made and stylish. Very happy with them both. Keep up the GREAT WORK Scott and The Spiral Team.
Had my bag for around 8 months when the plastic buckle broke.
Asked for a replacement buckle and was offered a whole new bag within minutes of reaching out.
I received the 2 backpacks that I ordered, however, I did not receive two free items as advertised - the messenger bag and shoulder bag. I have contacted SpiralUk and awaiting their response. The response was received straight away, which advised that the bags were on order and would be delivered as soon as they are received. Which was great news, but I would like this communicated upfront, so I knew the status.

In an age where online shopping can be so faceless, saturated with chatbots and full on incompetence, Spiral are doing everything right! A fast response and pleasant conversation goes a long way in the e-commerce industry and thats been my experience. Going above and beyond doesn't do them justice. It's this kind of service that guarantees I'll be a return customer.

I bought my bag after being moved by the heartfelt marketing from Spiral. I needed a bag, and it came with a free crossbag for a trip to Switzerland—what a bonus! I have to say, I’m very impressed with both bags. They offer plenty of storage, secure zips, and are comfortable to wear while trekking. I’m looking forward to using them next year when I return to Germany to continue my journey through the Black Forest. Thanks, Spiral, for an excellent product and outstanding customer service!

Quality product and exceptional customer service. I didn't add my promotional item to my basket, so it never came with my order. I reached out to SPIRALUK and they sorted it in 2 days, which is how customer service is suppose to work. Thank you for a great experience.

What a fantastic backpack! so sturdy and classy in Olive. It feels so well put together, roomy and easy to use.

Whilst this might seem premature because I haven’t received my order yet, I did feel I needed to give spiral a five star review for their customer service.
After checking out online I realised I’d got my order wrong and emailed them right away. Spiral came back to me immediately to rectify my error and reassured me that the dispatch would be all corrected.
It’s hard to find five star customer service these days so when you receive it, it should be acknowledged.
I look forward to receiving my bag soon.

Bag bought as a present but very good quality.
Ordered a 20L backpack which came in 3days, delighted with it. Very functional and excellent quality! Had to contact the spiral team as the free item was not included, turns out it was on back order. With hesitation the team offered me to wait for that or swap to another item and get that immediately. Super helpful and speedy responses
I made a stupid error in my order and as soon as I realised I contacted Spiral’s customer support via their email contact system expecting to hear back after at least 24hrs. Not a bit of it. I was contacted within an hour and the whole problem was sorted almost by return. That’s what I call service. I whole heartedly recommend them and their support staff. I’m now looking forward to receiving my backpack.
