I ordered their cheapest syringe they claim is backstock or even sometimes new unreleased spores. I get it put it to agar and nothing at all after a week and a half. So as not to cause alarm i contacted them and told them i believed my specimen to be contaminated. They immediately shipped put a new one again put to agar and it literally exploded with trichoderma. Like a rediculous amount. I know it was that syringe as did two plates from that syringe and two plates from another at the same time in front of my hood under the exact same conditions. And only those two had the contam. My sanitary procedures are immaculate considering my profession requires all the same procedures so its second nature. I can only imagine someone at their company saying "you want to see contam? Ill show you contam mr cheapest syringe we got". I only bought the cheapest to make sure it got sent, i would have made probably several hundreds of dollars worth of purchases in the future. The jokes on them though, cause i also grow mary jane, and they just gave me a free lifetime supply of beneficial mycorrhizae that is pretty expensive to purchase. That being said this IS a well established company that other well established companies get prints from, as I've seen in other companies product descriptions. They also have plenty of good reviews. Just don't purchase the cheap ones i guess.

I've always traded spores and liquid cultures in person. This is my first time ordering online, Im in a new area and don't know anyone, and I'm going to say they definitely earn every bit of praise I've seen of them. Big ol' chunks of spores, super loaded syringes, an extra syringe of Phoenix oyster, and a handwritten note thanking me for my purchase and a nice comment I left when purchasing. The 3 syringes I've used so far are already showing results, definitely will recommend every chance I get.

Ordered a syringe . Had the black globs as well as what seemed to be plenty of spores but upon examination it was more of trichoderma stew . My complaint was promptly dismissed . That considered since they had great reviews i decided to give them another chance and ordered a few more . But upon examining the previous order again I decided to cancel . Full of trich .

Sporeworks is Great! They have been my Dependable Go-To since 2008. I've Never experienced any issues with These Guys across the entire ordering process, from payment-to-package. And the staff that took my payment over phone was very polite and helpful! Definitely a life long customer here!

I just got off the phone with them and I just had to write a review because the customer service is so kind. The spore syringes got here in perfect condition and ahead of time so all of that was perfect. But the two times I’ve called, both to confirm my order and today to ask a question, the employees were extremely kind(I didn’t catch their names but it was a man and a woman)and answered all my questions straight to the point, and made ordering very easy and fast. I’m a first time buyer and plan to stay with sporeworks in the future, these guys are great!

Beat place for the best spores ordered the 4 pack grab bag special the day before yesterday(Thursday) called them yesterday(Friday) and payed for my order and the dude I talked to told my they should be shipped by Monday well I looked yesterday and they shipped it out the same day I payed for it and it said expected to arrive on Monday little do I know I'm sitting outside today(Saturday) and bam there's my spores only took 1 day to ship and they gave me a free of redspore syringe awesome customer service made sure every detail on my order was correct too bunches of spores in the syringes also

I’ve been a customer for 2 years and they’ve always impressed me with how prompt and transparent they are with regards to products and shipping. I spoke to a particular customer representative by the name of Joana, and she was a godsend! She walked me through some questions I had and gave suggestions that were very helpful! This will always be my go to for any mycology related endeavors I have.

I ordered a 4 pack of b+. When I examined them under the microscope there seemed to be some kind of contamination on every specimen I examined. I informed them and they sent a replacement immediately. Syringes are loaded with tons of spores for your microsposity needs.

Sporeworks has been my go to source for slide spores for over 2 years. Love them, fast shipping. Spore syringes are dark with spores. Had bad spores a few months ago and they replaced generously. Love this company

I've had my share of interesting customer service experience with similar retailers (to say the least, sheesh) and was honestly blown away. Joanna was patient, knowledgable, and so down-to-earth.
