Stand August 2026 kann ich eigentlich nicht meckern, habe nach dem Bestellen die schlechte Bewertung gesehen, habe sie per e-mail angeschrieben und sofort eine Nette Rückmeldung bekommen und mein Packet ging zwei Werktage nach Zahlung an DPD über und ist ohne Komplikationen angekommen… 👍🏼

Habe über Galaxus einen E-Scooter gekauft, der von Sports-Discount ausgeliefert wurde.
Nach etwas mehr als einem, Jahr wurde eine Garantieleistung nötig. Der Scooter wurde dann Sports-Discount zugestellt. Nach 3 Wochen habe ich dann mal nachgefragt, was Sache ist.
Kam dann irgendeine nichts sagende Antwort und auf weitere Rückfrage nichts mehr.
Bei einer 2 Garantieleistung für denselben Mangel, war dann keine direkte Kommunikation mit dem Händler mehr möglich, keine Antwort auf meine Mails, Galaxus hat dann Kontakt aufgenommen. Will heissen, ich warte nun seit fast 7 Wochen auf meinen Scooter

I rarely write reviews, but in this case I feel it’s absolutely necessary.

I ordered a pair of skis (Head Worldcup Rebels e-SL FIS with bindings) from Sports-Discount and had an extremely frustrating experience from start to finish.

The first pair arrived already damaged – both the skis and the bindings. This was acknowledged and a replacement was arranged. However, the replacement process was chaotic, slow, and poorly communicated. Despite multiple reminders and clear deadlines (I needed the skis for a ski trip), the delivery was significantly delayed, shipped incorrectly at one point, and overall completely unreliable.

When the replacement finally arrived, it was again damaged – this time due to clearly insufficient packaging. The binding was visibly impacted through the box.

Instead of taking responsibility after delivering defective goods twice, the seller refused a full refund and started arguing that:

- the damage was only “cosmetic” (which is simply not true),
- the bindings could be replaced,
- but at the same time the skis had “lost value” due to mounting and therefore €300 would be deducted.

This is contradictory and makes no sense: either the bindings are easily replaceable, or they permanently reduce the value – both cannot be true.

Even worse, I was only offered a partial refund (€910 instead of €1,210) on the condition that I waive my rights and do not initiate a chargeback. This kind of behavior is highly questionable.

The skis were mounted on a race plate, meaning the bindings can be removed without any issue. Calling this a “customized product” to deny a proper refund is simply wrong.

Overall:

- 2x defective delivery
- poor packaging
- delays and wrong shipping
- unprofessional and inconsistent communication
- refusal to take responsibility

I am now forced to escalate the case legally to recover the remaining amount.

I strongly recommend avoiding this shop.

Achtung! Betrug mit System!
Fake Tracking-Nummer; erst nach Eröffnung eines Falls bei PayPal wird die Ware verschickt.
Rückerstattungen nach einer Retoure müssen mühsam eingeklagt werden!
Trotz PayPal und Verbraucherschutz bleibe ich immer noch auf über 200 Euro sitzen - ohne Ware!

E-Mail Adresse im WebShop ist fehlerhaft, was ebenso auf systematischen Betrug hinweist.

Ordered an item on the 24th of December. Through a website posing as sports direct. Did think could be too good to be true but the website seemed legit ( all looked like sports direct) but the minute I ordered the confirmation email came from sports discounts. Tracking was from Hong Kong.. I did manage to get the money back through my credit card. However today 26th of January 2026 the item tracking finally updated to delivered. However this item has not been delivered.. I have had my money back through the card company however this is not the point, no email accounts have got back to me. Absolute scam of a website and it’s the principle of it that’s really annoyed me. Wish I looked here first but didn’t even think. Please don’t buy from them you will never received your order and if you do I can guarantee it’s not a genuine item!

J’ai eu à faire à sports discount pour des chaussures de ski K2 recon sur lequel il m’a fallu un SAV. Ça fait un an et demi que je l’attends et que je n’ai que des retours fuyants du style « on vous rappelle dans 5 minutes » sans suite…

Should have checked trustpilot before ordering 😤 like other reports I’ve read I placed an order received a tracking number and link to track package - to told to allow 34 days for delivery- checked tracker regularly and on 18th Aug noted it was out for delivery 😊 however when I checked the tracker a couple of days later it showed the package as having been delivered on 18th !!!! Been chasing since have had numerous promises of package being resent but advising same tracking number and link which showed the original package information - this is definitely a scam and you should avoid Sports Discount as advertised on facebook

LONG BUT PLEASE READ IN FULL, ESPECIALLY LAST SENTENCE, BEFORE MAKING A PURCHASE (unless it is too late…) I am giving sports-discount.net 5 starts mainly to ensure people read this message and it will hopefully calm them down a bit, assuming you are checking trustpilot because you are already experiencing some problems... Actual/real rating should probably be 4. This is what happened to me: I bought a pair of expensive bindings, priced maybe 10-15% below market. Like a lot of people was sent a not very professional email with 18 digit tracking number for DPD (DPD international has 14 digit format). On the website delivery shows 24-48h. After 3 days I checked the tracking number on DPD international, found nothing, number looked invalid. Checked trustpilot, found terrible reviews, especially those written in English by non-swiss nationals. Sports-discount.net responses on trustpilot are not great. Tried calling the shop in Lusanne but not managed to get through. AI research showed conflicting company register addresses which looked suspicious. Panicked, tried to report it as fraud, contacted my credit card provider to initiate charge back (beware banks tend to tell you money is gone, talk to the police but in fact you log a complaint with them, they pass it onto amex/mastercard/visa and after a lengthy process you are likely to get the money back). I raced to log the charge to maximise my chances of not loosing money. Once it was all done I did a more calm research, searched for my tracking number on this website (parcelsapp) and it found my parcel (counterintuitively) in DPD France which uses 18 digit format. It showed parcel in preparation. After a short while sports-discount.net responded via Whatsapp giving me exactly the same answer. I translated trustpilot reviews written in French or German (most likely written by locals/Swiss which calmed me down a bit. I checked the website more carefully and there is a map which shows that within Switzerland deliveries are 24-48h, but western European countries can be 4days, eastern European 8days (me) and rest of the world even more. Not to mention some goods which are listed on the website as in stock March next year. This kind of explains why a lot of “foreigners” panic and write bad reviews. My bindings appeared on the website as in-stock but at a shop in France which did not look real. Empty website with email address like: “insert company name”@.... Something I still struggle to understand. After 8 stressful days, my bindings arrived! Everything is in good order: size, condition, brand, timeframe (if you read their website carefully). My conclusion is this: it is either a legitimate business if not a little bit inefficient, not that great at communicating with customers or handling logistics but you can be reasonably assured to buy items and receive them in a condition specified during the purchase. !!!OR!!! it still is a possible scam where scammers mix good orders with outright fraud to avoid responsibility and obscure the greater picture and I just got lucky and got the good order…! PS I jave withdrawn my complaint and charge back.

My husband ordered a jacket from this company thinking it was sports direct. Been waiting over 8 months now for it to arrive. Fortunately the bank refunded the payment.

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Site looks like Sports Direct in the UK. It isn’t. Firstly they UP the price to take into account currency difference, claim fast delivery haha, what a joke that is. They then provide fake tracking details and the goods never arrive. As others have also said, they close the website after a short while, lie on email replies, if you’re lucky enough to get one, and run off with your hard earned money. You have been warned.

Ordered a men’s pair of sketchers got a tracking number sent via email I was told to allow 30 days for delivery On the 11th tracking said parcel at mail processing centre in York then the 12th said out for delivery On the 15th tracking said parcel delivered at 12.59 what a lie This company are scammers please don’t order from them they constantly lie in return emails I’m contacting my bank and going to leave feedback on Facebook where they were advertised warning people I have now instructed my bank to try recover my money as sports discount have stopped responding to me They said that they had proof of delivery so I asked to see it and they’ve gone quiet on me This company is Fake / Scammers DO NOT USE no matter what they say or offer you

My item never arrived. Emailed for an update and got no response. Thankfully I reported it to PayPal and they refunded me.

Do not buy from this site.i ordered and paid for 2 pairs of Adidas trainers,they have never arrived.there have been over 60 emails from me asking for information,I receive the same reply,that they have been shipped.i have asked for contact for customer services, nothing.this was over 3 months that I placed the order.they are a scam.

Beware of this company, similar to the experience of many other reviewers I have ordered the goods and a months later the item still aren’t dispatched.  My emails demanding a refund are ignored by them. I am also threatening them with legal action so far with no response.

I wish I had looked at the reviews on Trustpilot before ordering from them.
