I ordered some skis but I didn’t receive anything for two weeks. After many emails and calls not answered I told them that I would report them to the police and only then, I got my money back.

Not even 1 star absolutely disgusting order for Xmas gifts October last year and still nothing been sent same bullshit email I understand bollocks took my money and done me over who can I report them too please

Ich habe vor 16 Tagen Skischuhe bestellt. Sie kamen bis heute nicht an! Bei DPD heisst es, der Versender bereitet den Versand vor.
Auf mails wird nicht geantwortet! Ich habe die Bestellung storniert - keine Antwort! Mein Geld ist auch noch nicht zurück!
Leider muss ich hier einen Stern verteilen - eigentlich sind es null!

C est la catastrophe. Ils veulent faire de l'argent en étant sur tous les sites possibles en cassant les prix et n'arrivent pas à assumer le suivi des commandes. Ils mettent en ligne des produits qui n existent pas ou plus et ne tiennent pas leurs stocks à jours.
Il sont d'une incompétence crasse, malhonnête et fourbe, ainsi que menteur. Le client doit faire le job à leur place. Personne ne sait jamais rien, mais par contre, ils encaissent l'argent.
J ai commandé des skis sur leur site. Skis qui n existaient plus depuis un moment. Ils m'ont proposé après plus d'un mois deux options, certes intéressantes, mais j'ai du me battre pour que la commande soit honorée. Ces amateurs, lorsqu'ils ont fixés les fixations sur les skis ont réussi à traverser ceux-ci avec les visses. Même pas un geste commercial, pour pallier à cette erreur, inadmissible par des professionnels.
De plus j ai dû aller chercher les skis sur place sinon la livraison n'aurait jamais été tenue.
Le magasin est dans un état lamentable et dans un bordel inimaginable.
Certes les prix sont attractifs, mais tout le reste est lamentable.
Fuyez cette enseigne.

As all the people here wrote before, Same with me. I ordered a pair of skis. Never arrived. Still waiting for my money. As they have a real shop in Lausanne I will sue them for the money now.

Lagerhaltige Skis bestellt. Auf zusätzliche telefonische Anfrage wurde mir die Lieferung innerhalb von 2..3 Tagen versprochen. Leider ist die Ware nicht angekommen. Ich habe dann den Auftrag storniert und mein Geld zurück verlangt. 9 Tage nach der Bestellung und der Stornierung, ist der Ski angekommen. Ich habe die Annahme verweigert und eine Woche danach ist der Betrag zurücküberwiesen worden.

sports-discount.net is one of the biggest scams. Avoid ordering from this company. They promise delivery within 24-48 hours in Switzerland, but it has been almost a month, and the order hasn’t even been dispatched. No tracking number was provided, and multiple emails have been sent with no response.

Scammers, nothing arrived been chasing since August please don't be fooled. Someone should get them banned for their unscrupulous practices

sports-discount.net is a total scam. Unfortunately I did not do due diligence before ordering a pair of ski boots, which were never delivered and no refund was made. I suspect they create targeted Google Ad campaigns with prices significantly lower then other stores, intending to never actually deliver. Avoid at all costs.

If you have the same experience, please report it to the police.

Aufgrund der schlechten Bewertungen hatte ich so meine Bedenken. Aber da die Skier in der gewünschten Länge sonst überall ausverkauft waren, habe ich dennoch hier bestellt.
Bin vollauf zufrieden!
Die Lieferung nach Deutschland erfolgte genau nach einer Woche.

Scam! Leider bin ich auch darauf hereingefallen, da ich dieses Geschäft über Galaxus entdeckt habe. Ich habe die Bestellung am 16. November aufgegeben, und in der Bestellübersicht stand, dass die Lieferung in 3-4 Tagen erfolgen würde. Nachdem ich nichts mehr gehört hatte, habe ich am 19. November nachgefragt und sofort eine Antwort erhalten, dass die Bestellung in Bearbeitung sei und innerhalb einer Woche geliefert werde. Leider habe ich auch nach einer Woche wieder nichts gehört – der Status der Bestellung sieht auf der Webseite unverändert aus. Die Webseite wirkt seltsam, das Kundenkonto ebenfalls, und es erscheint ungesichert.

Scam! Unfortunately, I also fell for it because I discovered this shop through Galaxus. I placed my order on November 16, and the order summary stated that delivery would take 3-4 days. After hearing nothing further, I inquired on November 19 and immediately received a response stating that the order was being processed and would be delivered within a week. Unfortunately, even after a week, I still heard nothing—the order status on the website remains unchanged. The website looks suspicious, the customer account as well, and it appears unsecured.

AVOID at all cost. They are scammers,? I and my wife lost money to them. We ordered stuff for our children but they never arrive, the tracking provided was a clever scam.
WHY SPORTS DIRECT IS NOT PUTTING OUT STATEMENTS WARNING ITS CUSTOMERS IS A MYSTERY TO ME.

I bought this bike online and immediately received an email to let me know the item would be delivered in 3 days time. It arrived about a week later. The bike took several hours to build (prepare yourself for some hard work, trying to figure out the instructions). Once built, I realised that one of the housings for the seat was cracked in half. This is where the problems began.
Trying to get past Sports Directs bot to speak to an actual agent is virtually impossible. I entered the requested invoice number, to be told that the item was a backpack! There are no contact phone numbers and emails sent via their online portal are ignored. I tried to cheat the bot by lying and saying the issue was different but still got sent round in circles. It is almost as if Sports Direct want no consumer contact after the sale and avoid it at all costs.
I eventually received an email back (several days later) and was asked to return the bike and a replacment would be sent. I refused (as I had already lost 6 hours of my life building the bike) and asked for a replacement part. This suddenly arrived a week later and was not the part I required. I eventually managed to get an agent on the chat who was obtuse, discourteous, rude and paid no attention to my complaint. When I asked for contact details (email/phone number), he closed the conversation down. I have been left exhausted and exasperated and haven't even had chance to try the bike properly yet!
From the little opportunity I have had to use the bike, it's a great bit of kit. You can barely hear it running and can comfortably cycle whilst watching tv or listening to music. The gradient changes are subtle and let you build up to your desired tensity quickly and the front pad is useful, however, the lights on it are rather dark and in a bright room, you will struggle to see them clearly. Pedals have good grip and support cages and the handle bars and seat are easy to configure to your posture. Overall, I would highly recommend that you purchase this bike. It's great value for money and for a beginner or seasoned cyclist, it will definitely fit the bill - JUST NOT FROM SPORTS DIRECT! I have eventually registered my warranty and will be getting the part directly from Reebok. I would be extremely surprised if Sports Direct do not publish this review, as they like to pretend that all is well with their company. Unfortunately the aftercare is a joke.

Scam site wished I read the reviews first don't full for it been saying out for delivery for a week nothing contacting the bank and reporting fraud if that's the case someone is using your website to sell fake products

Please do not order from this site as they are scammers. I made the mistake of ordering and after reading reviews realised I would more than likely not get my order. i emailed to request tracking and was reassured it would take some time. Then parcel was marked as delivered, even though I did not review it. I then went to email the company and it said my email could not be delivered. Complete scammers.

I can’t believe i fell for this… ordered 2 pairs and nothing same as most people…. Email stopped working and the website is no longer available. Lesson learnt.

Ordered 2 pairs of trainers says delivered been over a month Scam Charge back with bank later i think.
