Ordered an e-Scooter - website said it's on stock and will be delivered in 2-3 business days. They charged me the full amount but the item never arrived. The guy keeps making up stories and stalls for time - he seems very experienced at these maneuvers. Notice that there is no name of any person or company appearing on the website, email or whatsapp number that he uses to communicate with clients.

I cannot give him the benefit of the doubt that he is running a dysfunctional business and I am highly suspecting that he is a deliberate fraudster (but cannot state this as a fact before an actual conviction against him is obtained).

I disputed the credit card charge and filed a police complaint.

The guy continues with blatant lies, said his name is [REDACTED] … ehhhm ... ehhhm ... while he thinks of a fake last name to invent.

He is now threatening to hold up my money unless I remove the bad review and withdraw my criminal complaint. He threatens in addition to sue me for defamation (laughable).

In a printscreen that he sent me, the name [REDACTED] appears.

I made another police complaint for what I consider is a separate criminal offense.

I was refunded the full amount by the credit card company (not from the merchant)! The last I heard from Mr [REDACTED] was that he demanded a written apology from me as condition to refund my money.

Update: Nach dem Kommentar hier und negativen Bewertungen auf anderen Plattformen, gab es eine Kontaktaufnahme von Sports Discount. Und gestern haben wir endlich unsere Geld zurückbekommen mit einer Entschuldigung. Also Ende gut, alles gut. Schade nur, dass es solange gedauert und echt viel Aufwand und nerven gekostet hat.
Naja, Fehler macht jeder mal, Hauptsache das Geld ist wieder da.

Finger weg! Wir haben im Januar eine Bindung für ein Snowboard bestellt und bezahlt. Und leider bis heute nicht bekommen!
Nach wochenlangem Schweigen wurde uns auf wiederholte Nachfrage mitgeteilt, dass Bindung aktuell nicht lieferbar ist. Daraufhin wollten wir dann vom Kauf zurücktreten und unser Geld zurück. Laut Service-Mitarbeiter sollte das auch möglich sein. Aber auch hier passierte wochenlang nichts. E-Mails unsererseits wurden ignoriert. Und wenn sich zwischenzeitlich mal jemand erbarmt hat zu antworten, hieß es immer "wir kümmern uns". Ohne dass jemals etwas passiert wäre.

Nach all der Zeit und der Tatsache, dass wir als Kunde dem Store scheinbar sch**ssegal sind, haben wir entschlossen andere vor dem Laden zu warnen. Das Ganze ist mehr als unseriös und ich empfehle die Finger von dem Store zu lassen!

This place is a total scam and I'm wondering how is it possible it is still open. I guess the owner has some dodgy connections or something. The staff is so rude and arrogant, the only explanation can be they operate in total impunity from the authorities.

I won't go into too much detail, suffice to say they owed me money and wouldn't send it. I passed personally by the shop and was threathened both physically and verbally (a guy started punching the wall and demanding we leave). We had to call the police who were like "this place is a scam as you probably read in the reviews" and we were like "and why is it still open then?".

Long story short: if they owe you money, denounce them to the Office des poursuites (Debt collection office). As soon as I told them I was going to, they sent me the money. I was ready to start a class action if they didn't. It's a shame place like this are allowed to stay open.

Wish I had checked this site before ordering - as others have outlined here, sports-discount.net is a giant scam

Jamais aller dans ce magasin. J'ai commandé un pack ski pour 1.500 fr et, suite à un ERREUR DE LEUR PART, ils ont refusé de me rembourser. Nous est le responsable et c'est lui qui a refusé de me rendre mon argent, malgré il a avoué son erreur. Ils sont malhonnêtes. Faites attention.
Sur internet il y a des offres bien plus interessantes. Et enfin ils sont vraiment incompetents. Totalement incapables de conseillers. Nous il est un vrai voleur !!!

The communication with this company was lousy until I said in an email that I was concerned that this was a fraudulent company. I got a very rapid response.
The product I ordered was received a bit over a week later, exactly as described and in excellent condition.
I would order from them again knowing that communication will not be great but the product will be.

Ich warte seit mehr als 2 Monaten auf meine Rückerstattung von 109.-. Habe es per Mail, Whatsapp und Telefon versucht. Die Antwort war nur, dass sie das gleich erledigen. Haha! Telefon nimmt niemand ab, per Mail auch keine Antwort. Per Whats App kurzer Kontakt, aber nichts ist passiert. Kaufen Sie dort nichts.

I can't trust this shop.

The day after I placed the order, I received an email to ship the item, but there was no tracking number. I contacted the shop from the order history form, but there was no reply. No reply to the email address on the shop site. I received a reply for the first time when I contacted the shop with the email address that inquired about VAT before ordering, and received a reply saying "I will contact the shipping department to inform me of the tracking number." However, no matter how many times I urged the shop after that, the tracking number was not contacted. During that time, I contacted the delivery company Swiss Post and VISA and made preparations such as stopping payment.

After 20 days, I haven't received the item, so I contacted the shop again. The shop first provided the tracking number there, but the item was shipped the day the email was sent. The first shipping contact the shop sent was a lie.

There is a Paypal icon on the site, but Paypal is not available. Do not shop with cards from card companies that are not conscious of user protection. Be prepared for trouble and use it.

The item arrived, but the shop has repeatedly asked me to pay for shipping. When I ordered, the delivery company was Swiss Post, but the actual shipment was UPS. The shop refused to pay any additional shipping charges because the shop never contacted me to change the shipping company.
The shop asks for additional payments many times, but I never pay.

Fortunately, there is a counseling agency in Japan regarding problems with overseas mail orders, and I am in contact with them.

Nous avons commandé des skis et malgré les avis négatifs vu après la commande passée, nous n’avons eu aucun soucis! Équipe disponible par whatsapp et téléphone pour toute question (nos skis étaient en rupture de stock et il y a eu un délais supplémentaire pour les avoir, non annoncé au départ mais compréhensible). Mais aucun soucis quant à l’acheminement, les skis étaient bien emballés, les fixations sont supers et bien réglées! Aucune mauvaise surprise donc et aucun problème de communication! Merci à vous !

Bestellte im Januar 2 Paar Skistöcke. Eines sei an Lager, das andere innert 7 Tagen lieferbar.
Nun ist es Ende Februar und die Ware habe ich immer noch nicht. Zwar hatte ich bereits 2x einen Mitarbeiter am Telefon, doch dieser beschwichtigte mich jedes Mal mit: Ich werde Ihnen heute noch zurückrufen oder in 10 Minuten kriegen Sie ein Mail von mir.
Nichts von Beidem geschah. Auf Mails bzw. SMS Beschwerden wird nicht reagiert. Da ich per Twint bezahlt habe, kann das Geld auch nicht zurückgefordert werden. Daher empfehle ich wenn überhaupt, mit Kreditkarte zu bezahlen. Da könnte wenigstens das Geld via Kreditkartenfirma zurückgefordert werden.
Am besten bestellst du aber bei einer zuverlässigeren Firma.
Fazit: Lieber nicht mehr Sports-Discount!

DO NOT buy from Sports Discount. The business model of the shop seems to be founded on fraud. Ordered a ski+binding both on stock and ready to dispatch, received wrong binding and ski. After contacting, no more answers from the shop. Reading other reviews, it seems thats their standard behaviour.

Comme beaucoup d'autres, je me suis fais avoir. Commande passée le 17 déc et toujours rien. Ils sont injoignable. Bande d'E.........

Zunächst wurde der bestellte Artikel, der als lieferbar ausgewiesen wurde nicht geliefert! (14.01.2022) Nach mehrmaliger Reklamation wurden mir Alternativen angeboten, da der Artikel nicht lieferbar ist. (27.01.2022) Nach der Änderung auf einen anderen lieferbaren Artikel wurde eine Versandankündigung deren Sendungsverlauf nicht verfügbar ist versendet. (02.02.2022) Bisher weder eine Erstattung, die ich zwischenzeitlich angfordert hatte, noch die erwartete Lieferung. Im Dialog, der mittlerweile abgebrochen ist, gab es zu keiner Zeit ein Zeichen der Einsicht des Verkäufers, dass hier etwas falsch läuft ...

Ich habe am 2.1.22 einen Schuhtrockner (49.-) und ein Adapter für Harscheisen (54.-) bestellt.
Eine Bestellbestätigung und ein Beleg, dass mein Geld via Twint eingegangen ist (bestellt nicht via Twint!) habe ich erhalten. Seit dem nichts mehr.
Ich habe via Mail, via Whatsapp und via Chat - Funktion auf der Website mehrfach versucht Konatkt auf zu nehmen. Keine Reaktion.
Auch auf meine Stornierung der Bestellung wurde nicht reagiert.
Bis heute habe ich mein Geld nicht zurück.
Bestellt nicht bei diesem Webshop - kann sein, dass es ihn gar nicht gibt.

Der Shop liefert bestellte und bezahlte Artikel einfach nicht aus, und behält das Geld. Ist telefonisch nicht erreichbar, reagiert nicht auf Nachrichten auf den Anrufbeantworter, nicht auf Mails nicht auf Briefe. Es handelt sich ziemlich sicher um Betrüger.
