Seller has no clue

I asked them how you empty a pool they sold. I asked did it have a plug to empty it. It was a 6 foot by 15 inches a kids pool but nonetheless it held a lot of water and that was something you need to know and their response was they did not know and I should call the manufacturer. I let them know they should know their products and a customer should not be inconvenienced by having to contact someone else. I deleted it from my cart. Im not going to deal with a seller who doesn't know an answer to such a simple question and necessary question and I'm sure others have asked the same question and I told them it should be in the product description anyway. The seller did reach out to me again and was unwilling to reach out to the manufacturer. So this seller is not someone I'll be buying anything from and just as and additional detail the pool was $89 dollars so not cheap and I'm not taking a chance there's no plug to empty it not for that price. A friend of mine was going to order it until I told her what happened so she's not going to purchase it either.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY_

I ordered a bundle of 4 bags of chicken run sand and only received 3. I left the seller know right away and the driver knew too. He told us that it probably got put on the wrong truck and it should come soon. Still not here and now Spreetail is saying it shows as delivered to the same address all on the same day. I called Fed Ex and they are investigating it, but says it shows as all delivered together. So the Fed Ex driver is lying. Spreetail had the nerve to tell me that since it was a bundle package they cannot refund for one. Ever hear of something so stupid? They said to contact my credit card co to tell them it was not received and they should have insurance to cover the cost. WHY is that my problem. So I am sending the 3 back and since they can't refund for one, they have to credit my account for the whole amount and can't charge me for one. I'm tired of getting ripped off so no more online shopping with these seller or walmart. Worst customer service, even worse than comcast/exfinity.

They're a 'restocking fee' scammer

Spreetail sent me a dog kennel cover kit that was NOT NEW and OBVIOUSLY previously opened, repackaged, re-taped and returned by someone else, as the package had multiple types of tape barely holding it together AND it was missing one of the main brackets that hold the entire item together along with at least one missing pole. Upon returning the item, they had the gall to charge me a restocking fee of HALF THE COST OF THE $248 ITEM for something THAT WAS ALREADY OPENED BY SOMEONE ELSE AND PREVIOUSLY RETURNED. They continued to be adamant about charging this restocking fee even after I provided proof of the re-taped package and conveyed Spreetail's dishonesty to Amazon (Amazon forced them to refund in full after I provided evidence). Do not buy from this seller as you are likely to get scammed with someone else's discard or return where they don't even bother to check for completeness before shoving it down the next customer's throat. STAY AWAY FROM DISHONEST SELLERS LIKE SPREETAIL. One visit to their seller profile shows their dishonesty and willingness to scam if you read other one star reviews.

Perfect for small space…Exceptional Customer Service That Goes Above and Beyond!

I ordered the treadmill on June 8, 2022, when the treadmill arrived the box had some holes in it, but when I opened the package nothing was scratched or damaged.
When my friend started assembling the treadmill he got stuck on the first step when he was trying to unfold the treadmill (it wouldn’t go straight up and was stuck halfway) we watched the Assembly video many times and it was going up easy in the video but it gave him hard time for 35 minutes until all of a sudden it swiveled straight up! After that it was a smooth ride to finish it up.
I have been using the treadmill for the last 5 days and I noticed from the first time I used that the cupholder is not in 90 degrees angle to hold the cup straight up so the liquid won’t spill if I’m using a cup and not a bottle. And I can’t put a bottle in it cause it’s too short to hold it; unless it’s small one…any jogging or running will cause it to fall down. (I wish if it was made deeper and perpendicularly so it can be exactly vertical and up right).
Also, the side handles are too short; I gotta be too close to the screen display in order for me to hold the edge of it. (I wish if it was 5-6 inches longer).
Another thing that I’m struggling with is the tablet holder; it’s too narrow. I can only fit my iPhone or my iPad in there after I take them off their cases. That is inconvenience (I wish if it was wider).
I hope that they could add organizer pocket to be attached somewhere on the treadmill for me to be able to hold things like (TV remote, glasses, phone…etc.). Or add it as accessory for the current treadmill.

I have noticed while I’m walking on the treadmill a loud noise coming out of it every now and then and it would stay for 30-45 seconds then it would disappear. It’s annoying but I hope that there is a solution for that and it wont be persistent.

But honestly I like the size of the treadmill, it does not take a lot of space even when it’s unfolded, it has settled nice screen display that looks neat and well laid out. Its not bulky and can fit nicely with the other furniture in any room.

The most amazing thing I experienced is the customer service specifically from the agent Alice; she always responded in timely manner, and always had a solution for all my questions. So I really thankful to her.

I cannot say enough good things about the customer service I received from this company, specifically from Christina, the Senior Channels Performance Specialist at Spreetail, and her management team.

I purchased my treadmill in 2022, and while it had minor issues from day one, the situation recently escalated to the point where the machine was no longer usable. Even though I was well outside the standard one-year warranty window, this team worked tirelessly to make things right.

Here is why they deserve 5 stars:

Product Replacement: Despite the expired warranty, they made a special exception to ship me a brand-new replacement unit at no cost. It arrived quickly and in perfect condition.

Expert Problem-Solving: Because the order was older, it was no longer accessible in the Amazon system for a standard refund. Instead of giving up, Christina communicated with her manager and Amazon for days. When Amazon couldn't process the refund, the company issued a full refund of $434.49 directly to my PayPal account.

Transparency & Communication: Christina was professional, empathetic, and kept me updated every step of the way. She even provided an adjusted invoice for the new replacement unit to help me with my records.

Integrity: They were very honest about their service limitations (like in-home assembly), but they provided the refund specifically to help me cover the costs of hiring local help for assembly and the removal of the old unit.

It is rare to find a company and a specialist like Christina at Spreetail who value their customers this much years after a purchase. If you want a treadmill from a brand that stands behind its products and treats customers with respect, I highly recommend them!

Even with the cons I mentioned in my unboxing review, I’ve decided to give this 5 stars because of the amazing service.

I ordered a scooter in November for granddaughter for Christmas. The box was all beat up. Obviously with weather she couldn’t ride immediately. It didn’t work. Says outside of return time. They sell damaged stuff and don’t stand behind. Don’t order from them

Return Policy (15 days) is half of Mrf's policy.

Ordered a snow blower in advance of a upcoming storm as it was promised to be received in two or three days. It took a week and was received after the storm. When the next storm came three weeks later, i quickly learned that the blower was nowhere near as advertised and sought to return to Best BUy. They pointed to Spreetail who pointed to BB, who also pointed to mfr. Spreetail's return policy was 15 days which, you guessed it, went past the 15 days. They wouldn't honor the return as it was 22 days. Even the mfr. offers 30, but b/c i purchased thru BB, they wouldn't honor. Interesting that Spreetail doesnt even put their phone # on the contact page. i will NEVER buy via these folks again, same with BB via their arrangement with 3rd party sellers.

I wish I could leave a zero

I wish I could leave a zero. I ordered a 22'x 52" pool. It was advertised as such. They sent me a 12'x 36". I have DOGS bigger than this. They promised to send me a correct pool when they got this crappy POS back. NOW customer service says they will only send me another of these wading pools cause it was a typo. It wasn't my fault but they do NOT care. So we have to send this garbage to ack, get a refund, and buy it some where else. Do yourself a favor. Don't buy from these crooks

Bad for Business

In January, I ordered Snow Joe Enviro Blend Ice Snow Melt only to receive a tracking number with no activity. After waiting for almost a week in a half, I contacted the seller for an update. They sent an apology email that mentioned there was a delay in getting my order to me. If that was the case, why generate a tracking number that goes no where? Anyway, these companies are starting to look suspicious because they are selling more items than they are producing, and not account of their inventory. I ended up requesting a refund through walmart. I will be sure not to spend money with this company again.

Ordered plastic shelving units from…

Ordered plastic shelving units from them through Amazon. The first shipment came in broken. The replacement shipment came in broke even worse. We requested return with refund. The sent us a message we could dispose of the shipment and they would receive replacements again. We agreed but they came back that we could keep current broken shipment at a discount. We did not agree and sent the shipment back to the return department for refund, the last message we agreed upon. Now they are sending us another replacement which was not agreed upon. They refuse to stop shipment and insist that was the last agreement. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED

$80 restock fee?!!

Ordered an electric snow shovel from amazon (it was sold by Spreetail) and as soon as it arrived, I knew it wouldn't work on any amount of snow...

After I initiated a return, they reached out to me to try to get me to keep the item with a small refund - I declined.

After returning the item - They messaged me that they were going to only refund me HALF of the order for a "restock fee"..... EIGHTY DOLLARS.

they were uncooperative in amazon messaging & told me it was because of the condition it was returned in... which was BS.

I cannot express this enough - DO NOT buy from them.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I ordered 2 items for the ice storm thatcwe were having at the same time. Both were suppose to arrive by Jan.23rd, however I only received one. I called when I noticed there wasn't any movement on the other item. I was assured my product had been picked up by FedEx and I would surely have it byvthe 23rd. The 23rd came and went and still no item. Again I emailed and called and was told them item was on the way. Fast forward to todsy, Jan 27th and after emailing again, I was told that there was an issue proccessing my order and that I should receive a refund in 3-5 business days. My problem is how was there an issue processing one item, but not the other and they were ordered together. This company is a liar and terrible for business and they don't have to ever worry about me doing business with them again.

Did not deliver products on date…

Did not deliver products on date promised. Paid extra for 2 day delivery as product was urgently needed. Seller said product on the way however. Fed ex said they NEVER even received product to be able to deliver them on promised date.

I had placed an order thru walmart for…

I had placed an order thru walmart for ice melt on Jan 21st - got and email verifying order and with a delivery date of 1/23 - as of 5 pm on 1/23 all it said was that shipping info was sent to FedEx.
Called Spreetail and after waiting 25 minutes to talk to someone they told me it would not arrive till 1/26 or later because of snow issues - funny that is why I ordered it in the first place.
She said that it wasn't my fault - what the hell does that mean? and told me to cancel the order - which if you deal with walmart customer service is not something i am looking forward to.

I ordered salt for this upcoming storm…

I ordered salt for this upcoming storm and was promised a delivery date of 1/22/26. Now it is saying it will be delivered on 1/27/26, after the storm. If you can't live up to the demands of your business, maybe you shouldn't have a business. I can not recommend this business and will not order from them again.

Next day delivery ? How about never ?!

Ordered via Amazon for next day delivery. Almost immediately got a ‘sorry your shipment is delayed’ message. I told them to cancel as I needed it next day and they refused saying I could reject the delivery. Well given delivery guys just dump, photo and run I don’t see how I could reject anything. Over a week has passed and still no deliver or refund.

SCAM OPERATION

SCAM OPERATION - they take your money and promise delivery of product. We waited up to four days with daily repeat of promise until we finally went to your lawyers and bank. They are FRAUDULENT. They put us through four days of hell and over $1K cost due to flight changes as they rolled us with their lies. Protect your stress levels. We are on the way to the Police Department to file a report.
