Spreetail weigert sich Rücksendekosten trotz FALSCHLIEFERUNG zu übernehmen

Wir hatten 2 Bosu Balance Trainer in blau via amazon bestellt. Spreetail hat pink geliefert.

Wir haben sofort reklamiert und Rücksendung beantrag. Spreewald hat sich geweigert die Rücksendekosten zu übernehmen, obwohl sie dazu gesetzl. verplichtet sind.

Wir mussten amazon um A-Z Garantie bitten und haben den Lieferanten dort angezeigt.

Finger weg. Spreetail ist nach dieser Erfahrung unwillig die gesetzl. Verpflichtunge zu erfüllen. Finger weg!

This vendor refused to cancel/refund.

This vendor lost my item, refused to cancel or refund order. Consistently stated intent to resend item despite my repeated requests not to. Multiple communications over multiple days and seller was recalcitrant, intent on resending and recharging. Avoid this vendor as they are not trusworthy.

Sent completely wrong item and will not resolve

Ordered items from them through Amazon and they sent the completely wrong item. I cannot return it as the shipping label provided for the return is for the items I ordered - small and lightweight - whereas the item they sent is large and heavy and the shipper will not accept the box with the incorrect label. They just keep send automated messages over and over and I keep replying to them, but they are not resolving the issue.

I ordered a jump o line trampoline

I ordered a jump o line trampoline and received it damaged inflated and it didn’t stay up and I ordered it for my two year-old grandson‘s birthday party and one was unable to use it and sent it back and I paid around $70 for and then they was going to refund me 35 back and then I complained and they dropped it down to $30 and then I reported them by Amazon so Amazon’s gonna take the issue up but they are a very crooked company!! I did read online where they are thought to sell damage goods to their customers, and I do believe that!!!!

Selling used item as new and shipping…

Selling used item as new and shipping in original packaging which gets damaged upon arrival. and when you return the item, they refund only 50% stating the product looks used and adds restocking fee.

Scam company abusing Amazon return policy

Like so many other reviews, they are abusing Amazon's refund loop hole by adding subjective language on the condition of the product. Essentially if you return anything (well within 30 day window) that's been opened, they will claim that it's "not in resellable condition" even if it has never been used. You have no say in it, they make the judgement. Then they take 50% restocking fee. Avoid purchasing anything that has Spreetail as the seller since this is how they make money from Amazon shoppers who purchased thinking that they have the 30 day return policy to rely on.

Absolute Abzocke und Katastrophe

Deutsche Gesetze wie z.B. die Gewährleistungspflicht werden einfach ignoriert.

3 Monaten nach dem Ebay Kauf war mein SUP Board defekt. Händler willigt zunächst eine eine Rückerstattung zu schicken. Dann stellt er fest, dass das bei Ebay nach 3 Monaten nicht mehr geht und sagt dann dass sie nichts erstatten weil Garantie ausgelaufen ist? Was denn für eine Garantie, die nach 3 Monaten ausläuft?

Mehrmals den Händler darauf hingewiesen, dass er Gewährleistungsverpflichtung von 1 Jahr hat - wurde alles einfach ignoriert und nicht darauf eingegangen. Stellt sich einfach stumm.

Ich überlege die Verbraucherschutzzentrale einzuschalten oder einen Rechtsanwalt. Wer hier hilfreiche Tips hat, bitte melden.

They took half of my refund for a restocking fee for a perfectly brand, new unused item…

I ordered a bike carrier and was told there were a 30 day free refund. I sent them the unused item in its original box and every single piece of it was there. I had been in contact with them and there was no mention of a restocking fee at all.After they receive the item, they told me they were taking $105.65 for a restocking fee and claim there was damaged I have photographic proof there was no damage I do not recommend ordering from them.

Returned an unopened product

Returned an unopened product, same day I got it, I returned it withing a few hours, it said 2 day at the time of purchase, so assumed it was shipped from Amazon, looks like it was not, it was from Spreetail instead, easy for people to get tricked.

They claim they got the package, even though Fedex said not even delivered to them yet, then they gave a 50% refund saying the item was damaged, I have proof of the image before and I asked them for image proof to which they declined to provide.

They are trying to use a loop hole in Amazon's return policy to charge people, do not trust or purchase from this company.

Update: Called the phone number, just spoke to someone from India, saying they can't do anything because they are just a call rep, still am at VERY large loss.

Going to report them to Amazon about their practices, so many people here got tricked just like me.

Do not use this company

Do not use this company. I purchased an Intex Dura- Beam inflatable Mattress through eBay which was faulty on first use due to a leak in the pump seal. Despite numerous emails via the eBay messaging service and a formal complaint pursuant to the Consumer Credit Act direct to the company with a follow up they will not engage other than referring to their 30 day returns policy. They are ignoring basic consumer rights refusing a replacement or refund and have not dealt with the complaint. Avoid purchasing from this company at all cost

Unauthorized Restocking Fees - I purchased an item on Amazon but…

I purchased an item on Amazon but returned it unopened. Spreetail charged a 50% restocking fee without a specific explanation despite no mention of a restocking fee in their return policy.

If I could rate 0 would do so. Bought through eBay product not delivered and seller put onus on me to chase delivery firm. Unacceptable. Avoid ++

I never received the product

I never received the product. They refuse to take responsibility and told me to call my credit card and report a fraud. They are a SCAM.
