I would love the option to give no stars. This company is SCAM! they send broken equipment that youve paid good money for and wont give a refund, even though i paid 20 pounds to return the product and sent in the return receipt. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM THEY ARE A SCAM COMPANY

Spreetail is a fraud

The seller is a fraud. The item is a piece of junk. I tried to use it and it did not work well at all. I had to pay for the return. I had to buy a new box to put it into. There were no missing pieces and yet they charged a restocking fee. It denigrates Amazon to have them sell on their site; they should not deal with this seller. Spreetail should be reimbursing me $120 and I will continue posting reviews till they do so.

Awful support

Company refuses to honour the manufacturers warranty on defective item. Definitely one to avoid.

Purchased an end table and it arrived…

Purchased an end table and it arrived damaged.. I was sent return label and was told the item is out of stock. Upon looking online they have 17 available at 70.00 more than what I paid... Will not send replacement. I have to pay the 70.00 to replace table. Very Bad Business.

Dreadful Company

Purchased a Terry, Jwood 268, 2 Door Closet with 3 Internal Shelves from this company via Amazon. It arrived damaged but company gave me the run around and not at all interested in arranging collection. Will pursue full refund via Amazon. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

It is now the 7th November and the company have only just decided to contest my review as being false. How bad can they get ???? Result for me as I received a full refund through Amazon who also told me to keep or dispose of the goods. SCAM SCAM SCAM COMPANY

I purchased a SPYRA water gun ($179), no customer service when the water gun stop working and was under warranty …

I purchased a SPYRA water gun ($179) from SPREETAIL on Amazon. The gun don’t work after 3 weeks, and it was beyond the 30 day return. The water gun is under warranty, however SPREETAIL wouldn’t replace it. They told me I needed to go directly through manufacturer (SPYRA), so I went to manufacturer who said I needed to go SPREETTAIL since they are the fulfillment center and handled the transaction. They still refused. There is absolutely NO customer service accountability or assistance from them! I will never purchase any product that is distributed through them. I let Amazon know, and will continue to spread the word to help avoid this from happening to others.

Terrible supplier
Purchased a pool float which arrived later that scheduled. When we opened it we knew why, product damaged and they tried to fix it.
The float smelled toxic upon inspection you could see why.
There were two slits in the float that they apparently tried to cover up so they could pass off as new.
If that wasn’t bad enough when returned the item in original pancaking securely we were charged a 50% restocking fee.
What goes a restocking fee for a defective product?

POOL FILTER SCAMMERS!!!

Ordered 6 Intex type A pool filters, only sent 1 in a box. That meant I paid 23.99 for one £7 filter. Strange there was no product code on the web receipt, just a basket total. It is now clear they are complete scammers and should not be trusted at all. It is incredible that and company like B&Q would associate with them. I will never again buy anything from B&Q market place. Their promise of verified seller is a total lie and means nothing.

This company is a horrible company. I order a hottub from them on Amazon, and then had to retirn it cause they sent me one that leaked and the wrong one I ordered. And they won't refund me my whole refund cause they said it was used and can't be resold, but I returned it how it was sent to me.

After spending $2600.00 on a pool it arrived badly damaged so I refused shipment. Spreetail sent another one and i found it was also damaged. Now we are just trying to get replacement parts but it’s been six weeks with no response…..low opinion of this company. We will never by from them again and we may pass along our experience to Amazon

I returned a Bosu Ball to Spreetail due to a gift duplication at Xmas for my son. The cost was $184.61 w tax. Instead, they returned $85.00 saying the product was used when it was never taken out of the box. There was absolutely no proof provided. None. They still have not resolved this issue..

Zero Star Review

If I could leave a zero star review I would. The Customer Service should not be called Customer Service at all. You receive a auto generated email and will not help with the issue. I ordered a open box Pilates machine. Fed Ex clearly delivered it to the wrong address hence the picture taken. Because it is marked delivered I have to file a claim with my credit card company. Will they contact Fed Ex-No that requires customer service. Someone received a free machine and I am out of luck with the reduced price. I was given Fed Ex's 800 number. I am beyond furious!

Funny, your first line "what went wrong THIS time"
I would of left a "no star' rating if it were an option.
This on-line purchase was one of the worst experiences that I have had. A month and a half of back and forward over a large dollar item that arrived with important pieces missing. Their customer service is an absolute joke. I think their intent is to string you along until you just give up and eat the cost. The only thing that saved me was that I had kept copies of all our communications and was able to catch them in their lies. A month of absolute frustration. BUYERS BEWARE!!

I just bought a set of these storage…

I just bought a set of these storage boxes realizing I made an error buying the "wrong" type of storage boxes, so I had to return them. Little did I know, with all Amazon returns to go through UPS Store, I was charged $100 for ground shipping. I brought this up to Spreetail Customer Service. Here is their claim:

Therefore, expect you will have to pay out of pocket to pay for UPS ground with a set of these boxes from the weight amount ending up to cost $99.00 to cover for the return shipment. The Seller should cover this, and with $89.00 to get a refund against $99.00, I technically do not see that as a refund. I will also post this on the internet for everyone to see. Unless Spreetail gives me my $100 to cover the shipping cost I paid out of my own pocket or credit card, then I will remove this review. Otherwise, I want everyone online to see it.

APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE - HAVE TO GIVE 1 STAR TO REVIEW 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

Only 1 of 4 parts of the order arrived (all parts were identical).
I have emailed MULTIPLE times asking for the other items / details of their dispatch or a refund...
ABSOLUTELY ZERO COMMUNICATIONS.

Reading the other reviews I see that they are not really bothered with menial things like good customer service. Like many other reviewers, I wish I'd have read the previous reviews before I ordered.

I used an intermediary company to make the purchase, have used them before with great success. They state that they do not get involved with transaction issues. 🤔🤦🏻‍♀️
