I have had a suite of your company so dissapoited with the cushion the leather as all broken at the end of the cushions looking to buy another suite but do not no if it will be one from you

Hi, I got my new sofa within a month not 2-3 months, I am so very happy, I say this because I usually get a new sofa every 3 years, IE from either DFS, the chesterfield company and the last one I got from Thomas Lloyds whom are usually top of the range ( the price definatley was top price) it was brown but within weeks it was sent back,( the colour had rubbed off leaving a faded orange colour where I sat,), when it came back the same thing happened within days and Thomas Lloyd gave me so many excuses I just covered the sofa with throws and saved up for my next one, when I approached Springvale I was supprised to see so many colour's, so many different leather finishes, with different studs, different legs and leg colours, so I ordered, all the while I was getting messages to confirm my order at what stage it was and confirming what I wanted, It was great, it was delivered and the 2 lads that deliverd it knew exactly what they were delivering asked me to check the sofa all over to make sure it was good and reasuring me that they where only a phone call away and if any problems arose they would be there, they told me about all the cleaning and how to take care of the sofa, they told me about a colour gel incase of any scratches or marks. I am very happy, but I will if I have to also let you know if in the next few months something does go wrong. my god I will scream it from the roof tops, I will say though I am still waiting for my colour gel, although it is not quite a month yet,

Visited Springvale to buy another suite. This is the second suite we had bought from the company, the last one was over thirty years ago and still in use. The quality of the products are second to none of the highest quality. The staff are warm and friendly, tea and coffee go down well on a cold morning. Never received samples

Our new chesterfied sofa is just gorgeous in mustard Vele leather. So soft and supple and absolutely luxurious to sink into. We bought it to compliment our existing sofas, made by Springvale Leather 27 years ago and looking just as good today as they did then. There's no substitute for quality and if you want the very best, it has to be Springvale.

The service we received was brilliant, very friendly, knowledgeable about their products. A fantastic choice of suites which can be altered to your exact requirements.
We were kept informed throughout and delivery was on time and as promised.
It is not very often nowadays that you come across a company with such high standards of quality and service and therefore we will not hesitate to recommend Springvale.
