Purchased the Autel Evo drone combo with a 2-year warranty from SSE. After a year, one of my batteries went bad so I sent it back to SSE for a replacement. They tested the battery and said it was good. I debated with them that they should just replace it because it could be defective in certain conditions or temperatures, but they refused. So, they sent it back to me. I used that bad battery once just to test it again. It worked good. However, a month later, that same battery went bad while I was in flight. I almost lost the drone over water. Fortunately, the drone was close enough to shore, that we had to bring it down manually since it was not responding to the RTH button. My buddy (6'7") had to jump up to grab it. Luckily he did not cut his fingers from the spinning props. Anyway, I'm just going to buy a new battery since SSE failed to honor my 2-year warranty. I will never do business with SSE Photo and Video. If looking for a drone or other electronics, I recommend B&H, Droneworks or Carolina Dronz.

SSE photo & video makes false promises about “free” 32 gigabyte memory cards. I was supposed to receive one with my original order for “ calling to verify my order” and no card was sent to me. Then SSE photo & video solicited me for a positive review on Trustpilot “for ANOTHER free” 32 gigabyte memory card, again no memory card was received by me even after speaking with them twice about it. I don’t appreciate false promises with no follow through from a business after the sale has been made and my money has been spent.

I purchased a DJI drone and accessory package through the customer service phone number. There was a small issue with one part of the package. SSI customer service department helped me work through the issues and made sure that the outcome was to my satisfaction.

I ordered an Canon G7 X Mark II and it came when it was supposed to, brand new. I bought almost a month ago.

Got around to using my camera after 6 months of purchase and the memory card reader was dead. Nikon wont touch it as SSE is not an authorized retailer. Cameras are not US models. SSE refused to service it.
