Bought a DJI mavic 2 battery on sale. Arrived promptly. It’s a genuine OEM battery not some knock off brands other online stores sell.

I bought a tripod from them, received it in 2 days and they over delivered meaning the tripod was much higher quality than what I expected for all that I paid.

I Purchased a DJI spark drone with the everything you need bundle. The price was excellent. Unfortunately, a few things Did not come with the shipment. I did not receive two extra batteries, a three hub battery charger, or a 32 GB smart card with the shipment. I contacted customer service, The initial response was that the items were on back order and that they would be shipped soon. After waiting a week, I called again and learned that the items were not available. I spoke with the customer service manager Lacey, and she was very helpful. The store gave me credit for the two batteries and the battery charger ($175), and sent me a 64 GB Memory card, which was twice the size of the one I purchased. Although the store did not completely fill the order, they acted honorably and Reimbursed me for the items that were not in the shipment, and gave me a bigger memory card than I paid for. I respect that.
