Professional and considerate
At a very difficult time in my life everyone I've dealt with has shown empathy and consideration. I originally looked to get a stability for my terminally ill husband, it became quickly apparent he wouldn't have long, but went ahead with order and installation for my needs. The engineer was brilliant
The engineer was brilliant. Thoughtful, caring and sensitive to our needs. Importantly he was very good and left our chair - after one or two hiccups - in perfect condition. Excellent.

Overview
Delivery and installation was quick and effecient. Telephone calls were unnecesarily ponderous.
I was disappointed to find that the foot rest did not turn with the seat at the top of the stairs. This came as a surprise to some of your staff.
However the stair lift is very good, particularly the folding mechanism at the bottom of the stairs.

Very efficient from start to finish. Chris was very
helpful and talked us through the procedure. The local electrician knew his trade and what was needed in our particular set up and finally the installation chap was superb. What more could you want.

We wish on foresight we had paid extra and had new stairlift instead of reconditioned one as have had many faults. But after care has been brilliant can not fault 24/7 hr call out or the engineers on call

Delighted with stairlift & Superb customer care
Excellent customer care, and brilliant stairlift beautifully fitted with no mess. My mum is delighted as my dad can now be safely transported upstairs.

The stairlift was reasonably priced
The stairlift was reasonably priced. Fitting was arranged at an early date. The engineer was pleasant, and experienced. The stairlift itself has worked well with no difficulties (although we have only had it for one week).

The experience begins with the surveyor who attends at the home to assess the type and size of stairlift. His accuracy is crucial to the preparation of the lift itself, done in the factory specifically for your stair. Then there are the notifications ahead of the team visit to construct and test the stairlift in situ. All this conducted ina professional and courteous manner.
