1st Stannah service
The Service engineer was friendly and helpful. Answered any questions that I had. Clearly knew what he was doing. Tightened up two loose chair arms. Very efficient. Excellent

Stairlift service done well
Booked service by phone. Estimated arrival time on day by phone. Friendly. Explained work done as necessary. Tidy. As in previous visits by team that come yearly to service stairlift.

All of the servicing people are polite
All of the servicing people are polite, knowledgeable and personable. This year I had Rob, who corrected a misconception I had on the safety stop in the footplate. I'm a lot more confident now that I understand that it does work, and doesn't use sensors, but pressure on the moveable edge of the foot plate.
Last year I had Keith, whom was also thorough,

I can’t actually provide a useful…
I can’t actually provide a useful review since I wasn’t in attendance when the service was carried out and, as my mother cannot currently use the stairlift, I’ve no idea how the equipment is now working. You keep emailing me, reminding me to review the service, but I can’t. Please stop emailing me.

The man showed me his id he was nice and polite. I do love how they call me to remind me my service is due as I would forget and many places would just say sorry you didn't book in time but not stannah they want to keep you safe .S.o well done 5 stars

Very efficient from start to finish…
Very efficient from start to finish from all Stannah team. I instigated point of contact for my elderly Mum & knew we were going to buy so sales member who came to house did not need to sell the product to us. However, he was professional & friendly and very knowledgeable about the right fit for bespoke 2 turn stairs in my parents house, not pushy at all & explained the process of buying new or reconditioned chairs. The electrician used by Stannah was also professional, knew exactly how to sort what was needed in the house and worked efficiently. Friendly installation guys worked quickly & once fully fitted, demonstrated how the chairlift worked.
All the team a credit to Stannah.
