Disgusting service

Disgusting service. Very nervous when we tried calling on the way to airport as it took 36 attempts to contact them on the way 1 hour in advance, then told it would be 1 hour so hence trying them in advance then took them a further 34 minutes to arrive to collect the key. Upon return I called from the runway and was told 1 hour but after over 160 attempts yes that is correct to chase and them to answer the phone it was over 2 hours wait to get the car bad. Staff are not dressed in any type of uniform just hoodie and you have no idea who is taking your car. They all look like thugs or drug dealers, very unapologetic, not so much rude but ignorant. We paid for this? I understand minimum wage job etc, but you get what you pay for, cannot believe that anyone would use this service twice, highly unlikely repeat customers. The car was clearly parked in a field as there was hay type material stuck in the side steps and very dusty. I assume that the other 6 families that were waiting on Wednesday night/ Thursday morning will all be complaining to as we were all waiting similar times and they had all the same excuses given to them, we are really busy! They didn't deliver a single car for over 1.5 hours during our wait. I did think of calling police as I genuinely thought my car had been stolen. Essex Police and Uttlesford District Council are building a case against these rogue companies and our advice would be to contact both of them as well as Trading Standards. They operate under a number of different company names Park Pilot Ltd, SC Parking Ltd, AK Parking Ltd amongst others. The people in charge of these companies are Khuram Raja Sahab, Mansoor Khan, we understand that he has a conviction for similar practices in Manchester, Mashood Ghumman, he ran an identical operation under the name of Nationwide Cars a couple of years ago and disappeared when the police shut down his operation and Rakesh Kumar, he is the owner a number comparison sites, including the one you may have booked through. All four are aware that they are not running a legitimate service. They do not have any insurance cover to drive customer vehicles and they do not have planning permission from Uttlesford District Council for Airport related parking. Uttlesford District Council informed us on the 15th that they have issued an enforcement notice requiring them to vacate their illegal parking site. The company falsely advertise secure parking. Often vehicles are parked on the side of roads, keys are left in the boot of a customer's car which is not locked and they use customers vehicles to ferry their own members of staff to and from their illegal site. Their hub is the Terminus Car Park, Terminus Street, Harlow. They also use fields at The Nook Farm Industrial Estate, Bury Lodge Lane, Burton End and at New Farm, Stansted Road, Elsenham. They also run a Park & Ride Service from New Farm, Elsenham called New Farm Parking. They operate a 17 seater minibus, hired from a company in Rochdale called Rentruck. Drivers do not have the necessary license to drive such a vehicle. We have footage of cars parked on residential streets around Stansted and reports from local residents. AWFUL

I paid extra for meet & greet as i thought it would be easier however it was not.

Going to standsted i called 30 mins before and explained i was alone i was late and they still wasnt there, they do not explain instructions very well. They told me to go to zone D but the driver was at A.

Coming back i called them as soon as i got through customs, they was not there with my car, i called and was told to wait i called back after 10 mins and they laughed at me, the driver finally called me and was somewhere completely different.

These people are so rude and have no idea what is going on, where the dribers are etx

Initial worry unjustified

I will admit after booking and then reading reviews I was worried about this booking but how wrong was I. Yes you park your car at the back of a bit of land that is off the beaten track but there was nothing wrong with it. The guys were lovely - answered the phone immediately every time I rang, gave clear instructions, were really helpful and nice. We waited a bit on departing but this is understandable and they wanted to fill the van up but on return we hardly waited at all. The entire process was smooth and easy and I would say to anyone being put off booking by the bad reviews - ignore them. We had nothing but a great experience with SMG Parking. I will definately be using again with no worries.

Thank you for providing a positive review. Unfortunately at the moment there is another company masquerading as ourselves and this is where the bad reviews are coming from. Most customers don’t bother with sending a review when they have a good experience. It is mainly when they have had a terrible time. Swift Meet and Greet.....Its not Swift and they don't meet or Greet!

Booked parking at Stansted through a compare site and this company came up as the cheapest.......
Emailed to call 30 mins before drop off at the airport, no answer on the mobile number when called. Arrived at the airport and had to wait 30 mins for them to answer and tell us where to drop the car. Luckily we had left some time so we were not late for check in.
Arrived at Stansted for the collection and could not get hold of anyone. We kept trying and eventually got through to be told it would be an hours wait! Long story short......We got a call to go to the car park to wait for our car. We waited, and waited...in the cold and the rain for a further hour. we were constantly cut off when trying to call, hung up on several times and when we did speak to someone he was rude and arrogant.
We were not the only people waiting for our cars, some had been there longer than us and they we're very, very angry and unset.
after 2.5 hours of waiting (2.30am) we got through to be told our car was at the other end of the row, we were told it would be. NO ONE WAS WITH THE CAR. IT WAS UNLOCKED WITH THE KEY ON THE FRONT WHEEL, UNDER THE ARCH. THE EXIT TICKET WAS LEFT ON THE DASH BOARD IN FULL VIEW!!!!!!!!!!
They may be cheap but if you value your time and your vehicles safety, give these cowboys a wide berth.

Poor service, extra hidden fees

Poor service, rude stuff and they charged me extra £20 for no reason. My flight was landing at 1pm and I had booked and paid the parking until 3pm to allow for some additional time. When I left the car with them, they have asked for my return flight number and because it was landing at 1pm instead of 3pm, they said they had to amend my booking and charged me £20 for it. What if I wanted to collect the car at 3pm anyway? Their answer was, this is how this business operates and you need to pay the £20 fee.
I paid it, but they won't see me again. There was absolutely no need to charge me the £20.

The whole point of meet & greet is it's…

The whole point of meet & greet is it's supposed to take the stress out of parking. Swift meet & greet made it the most stressful experience we have ever had. We phoned over 20 times 30 mins before arrival, when we eventually spoke to someone they said the orange car park was full and we should wait in the burger king car park and they would phone,they didn't!in desperation we parked in the green car park and they eventually collected the car but we had to pay £13.00 for them to get out of the car park. 1 hour wasted. On our return we phoned 22 times on arrival and again eventually spoke to someone who said our car would be 55mins. So another hour wasted, and another £13.00 to pay which is not mentioned on the original booking.
Swift are the most unprofessional,rude,unapologetic company I have ever used and should be avoided at all cost. Do not use them!!!

Still awaiting a refund a month later!

Within 24-hours of booking with Airport Parking Deals Safe Meet & Greet Stansted I cancelled the £103.43 booking - it was not made clear until after payment confirmation was received that additional charges would have to be paid on entrance/exit to car park where drop-off point is. Despite receiving £83.43 cancellation confirmation/refund email this remains outstanding and it's over a month later.

I booked through the offical Stansted…

I booked through the offical Stansted website. And had no problems i have only positives to say. I see there are a lot of bad reviews here but reading them it seems like people have used a different service because when I arrived at meet and great at standsted airport I arrived at the barrier where the parking attendant asked me if that was my name on the screen and I confirmed it was. Once In drove round and was shown where to leave my car and told to take my keys to reception. This is the second time I have used meet and greet and housnestly have to say it's a game changer once my keys were dropped I literally had no distance to walk to get into the airport. On return after 7 days away I returned to my car and the battery was flat so went back to reception they were really helpful told me to pop my hood on my car and someone would be with me soon. A friendly parking assistant arrived in 5mins with jump leads and within 10 mins was on my way thank you so much

Avoid!

We have been charged extra money for no sensible reason. Also on pick up we had to take taxi because our plane landed after operated hours. So in general price of this parking increased a lot after booking! We have received code to key box which was 5 digits but box had only 4. Tried to phone but none picked...Very unprofessional! Thanks to luck I've opened box and this all was after midnight with my 10years old child...

Hi having checked our records it appears that YOU booked a return when we were closed. So that you did not have to wait in the airport until we opened again at 04.00 we provided an alternative where you came to collect your vehicle and the keys were left in a key safe. You were fully aware that this was the case when you dropped off your vehicle. You were happy to travel after midnight with a 10 year old and now seem to blame us. May be it would be prudent to travel at more sensible hours when we are open!

How could you have been given the wrong code? You collected your key and left!

We don’t treat customers badly. You gave incorrect details on your booking! That’s the risk that you took. We could have made you wait until 04.00 but we didn’t. You can’t blame us for your failings. Once again you have omitted to elaborate on the extra charges you claim you were made to pay

The £5 was for the airport levy fees which are clearly displayed in your booking confirmation! It states £2.50 per person each way. It should have therefore been £10 but because you only used our service one way you were only charged £5! You therefore were fully aware of what you needed to do on your return.

Clearly you are making this review out of spite. It says more about the type of person you are. We do not accept untruthful accounts. Unfortunately those who provide reviews are in the majority ones that are at fault and just want to try and hurt honest companies. We have operated for 20 years and would not have done so had we kowtowed to customers such as yourself.

You decline the offer of a receipt. We will be happy to email you one. We are not a dodgy company. Again another unfounded and libellous allegation made purely out of spite because you are not happy with our explanation. Just because you disagree does not make you right!

So your whole point is that there was an extra digit. You were able to figure it out.

You have failed to admit that you were at fault in the first place as you made an incorrect booking, you failed to read about the levy fees, to failed to admit that you were made aware of the situation when you arrived, despite admitting you only paid £5!

You tried to make out we abandoned you which was as far from the truth as possible. Since we have explained everything you still hold on to the fact that there was 1 extra digit. It couldn’t have been that much of an issue an we are sorry that it was added by mistake. That is human nature. If you had not made an incorrect booking initially that it would not have occurred.

I had a very poor experience with this…

I had a very poor experience with this meet & greet parking service at Stansted Airport.

The service was already unreliable, with delays and poor communication on both drop-off and collection. However, the most serious issue came after my trip.

I have now received a PCN (Penalty Charge Notice) stating that my car was involved in tailgating at the airport exit — at a time when the vehicle was in the care of this company. This is extremely concerning, as it suggests my car may have been driven improperly while under their control.

I trusted this service to handle my vehicle professionally and responsibly, but instead I am now dealing with a penalty and unnecessary stress.

I would strongly advise others to avoid this company and use official airport parking services where vehicles are kept on-site and properly managed.

most pathetic airport parking experiecen ever. I had to wait 40 minutes for them to come and take my car and then on return, i had to wait 90 minutes for them to bring my car to me. They dont have enough staff to entertain all the booking that they accept. I wish i would have read their reviews before booking with them.

NO REFUNDS

My airline changed my flight so I needed to cancel my parking, we ended up having to fly out of Luton. T&C's means that this Company gets to keep all your money. So they have no interest in offering a good service or repeat business. Shame as I had used them in the past, but I guess, when things go wrong, you then realise the kind of Company you are dealing with. AVOID.

Firstly it was you who did not like the new time change and decided to rebook to fly out of Luton. We advised that you should claim from your travel insurance. You confirmed that you did not have any. That is the risk that you took when booking a non-refundable product. You are not a repeat customer of ours as if you were then you would have been aware of the restrictions. You have made your review out of spite because you did not get your own way. You have also embellished the truth. Instead of blaming us look first at your own failings and next time purchase insurance or a flexible product, if your budget allows. Do not choose the cheapest option without knowing the restrictions. We will not be bullied by customers who feel entitled and make poor reviews out of a childish temper tantrum in an attempt to harm our business.

Disgusting scammers

I had a very disappointing experience with Stansted meet and greet parking and would not recommend their service.

To begin with, they were over an hour late returning our car, which caused unnecessary stress after our journey. Even more concerning, we noticed that the mileage on our vehicle had increased by around 30 miles, which was never explained or authorised.

The condition of the car when it was returned was unacceptable. There was dirt all over the floor and even in the trunk, leaving it in a much worse state than when we handed it over.

What made matters worse was the customer service. Staff were unhelpful, dismissive, and at times dishonest when we tried to raise these issues. Instead of taking responsibility, they seemed more interested in avoiding accountability.

Overall, this was a very poor experience. Between the delay, unexplained mileage, lack of care for the vehicle, and unprofessional customer service, I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere for airport parking.

This company is an absolute joke

This company is an absolute joke. What they dont tell you is you have to pay £13 on entry and exit for THEIR ticket as they want to keep every penny of what you spent.

In addition to this they got my booking wrong and so charged me £20 cash before they would give me my keys back... literally held them away from me until I paid. This was after spending 3 hours calling them and getting random whatsapp messages, 2 different indian ladies call me with horrific english skills. I genuinely believed at one point i'd never get my car back. I landed 19:00 - they say call 30 minutes before pickup. pick up was 19:30.. I called. I got my car back at 9:30pm and was stood waiting in the green car park that whole time.

In addition they take your key and give you no confirmation or receipt, I left the car with 167 miles in the tank and got it back with 65. not to mention my car literally smelled like the guy had soiled himself and had to pull over, open my case and spray aftershave everywhere to get rid of the smell of human excrement.

This company is absolutely shocking and I will never ever use these again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Absolute Scam

Absolute Scam. Avoid at all costs!
I would give this company zero stars if I could. This has been a complete nightmare from start to finish.

To start, we were hit with an unexpected airport levy on top of our booking. It feels like a deliberate tactic to squeeze more money out of customers.
The Wait Time:
The actual "service" was even worse. We landed and notified the company exactly as instructed. We were promised our car would arrive shortly, but we were left standing at the airport for over an hour.
Every time I called to check the status, I was met with lies. They repeatedly told me, "It will be there in 7 or 8 minutes," yet half an hour would pass with no sign of the vehicle.
We weren't alone. There were dozens of other families in the exact same position, all stranded and waiting over an hour for cars that were supposedly "on their way."
This company should not be allowed to operate. They are charging premium prices for a service they clearly cannot provide. It feels less like a professional business and more like a total scam. Do yourself a favor and book with anyone else.

Stanstead parking Swift meet and greet

Disgusting...we along with several other families were left for nearly 2 hours after landing. We made 158 phone calls which went unanswered, until we were given a postcode as to where the vehicles were supposed to be. Mini cabs were there offering to take us, then charged £40 for a short drive to a field in the middle of nowhere where loads of cars were parked and damaged, but not our car. The police were rang and apparently this has happened lots of times and they are aware of this scam, which I believe does involve the cab drivers as they knew exactly where to go and all charged £40 but not on the meter. Our car was in another field and was driven back to us very recklessly. Please avoid this company like the plague......absolute scammers.

Having checked our records it appears that you were not a customer of ours. From the information that you have provided we believe that you were a customer of one of the following, Prime Meet & Greet, Saver Meet & Greet, Safe Meet & Greet, Smart Meet & Greet, Go Stansted, Executive Meet & Greet, Stansted Smart Parking, Just Parking, Stansted Cheap Park & Ride and Swift Meet and Greet.

The product name you purchased is Stansted Meet & Greet Parking and this is where the confusion starts. They have done this in a deliberate attempt to masquerade as ourselves in order to deflect any bad publicity from themselves. We have received many communications from customers who have had similar experiences as yourself. Essex Police and Uttlesford District Council are building a case against these rogue companies and our advice would be to contact both of them as well as Trading Standards. There has been extremely bad press about these companies since before Easter 2025. It has even reached the national press and been subject to reports on the BBC.

They operate under a number of different company names Park Pilot Ltd, SC Parking Ltd, AK Parking Ltd amongst others.

The people in charge of these companies are Khuram Raja Sahab, Mansoor Khan, we understand that he has a conviction for similar practices in Manchester, Mashood Ghumman, he ran an identical operation under the name of Nationwide Cars a couple of years ago and disappeared when the police shut down his operation and Rakesh Kumar, he is the owner a number comparison sites, including the one you may have booked through. All four are aware that they are not running a legitimate service.

They do not have any insurance cover to drive customer vehicles and they do not have planning permission from Uttlesford District Council for Airport related parking. Uttlesford District Council informed us on the 15th that they have issued an enforcement notice requiring them to vacate their illegal parking site. The company falsely advertise secure parking. Often vehicles are parked on the side of roads, keys are left in the boot of a customer's car which is not locked and they use customers vehicles to ferry their own members of staff to and from their illegal site. Their hub is the Terminus Car Park, Terminus Street, Harlow. They also use fields at The Nook Farm Industrial Estate, Bury Lodge Lane, Burton End and at New Farm, Stansted Road, Elsenham.

They also run a Park & Ride Service from New Farm, Elsenham called New Farm Parking. They operate a 17 seater minibus, hired from a company in Rochdale called Rentruck. Drivers do not have the necessary license to drive such a vehicle.

We have footage of cars parked on residential streets around Stansted and reports from local residents. We would be glad to provide this to you should you wish to view it. Many recents posts have also appeared on local Facebook community pages.

We are receiving daily complaints from customers who have suffered the same experiences as yourself.

You would need to make your complaint with the booking agent but it is likely that any complaint will be ignored. If this is the case we would advise contacting your credit / debit card provider in order to issue a chargeback.
