Cancelled an order a short time (same day) after placing. Staples are refusing to refund, or to explain why.
Package 'delivered' on wrong day - and dumped outside at wrong address.
This company is a true disgrace. Avoid.

I would have expected to give a 'thumbs up' review... Alas I STILL haven't received any goods HOPEFULLY Staples WILL sort it out to my satisfaction... My intial contact with their rep Vicky was very promising, now I am keeping my fingers crossed that Francine will help... I am simply attempting to do something special for kids in year 5 at a local junior school...
