They got my name wrong even after i repeated myself twice!

they have wonderful service. But I think they are way too overpriced. And I think I'll stick to Tim Hortons they are way cheaper. although some of their drinks are good. This does not mean I will not be repurchasing this. Thank you for your time.

Went to the starbucks on the Kingsway, great staff and great drinks. Will be back

worst coffee ive ever had in my life how can you call this coffee? theres literally nothing about this edible its all bland and the other drinks are just sugar and food colouring. im never buying from there again. not to mention the prices, waste of money. (maybe stop funding a genocide then we still wont buy from you🤣youredoomedlilbro) also bad customer service. the wifi never works. and every starbucks location ive went to has dirty dirty bathrooms. i dont even wanna try the food from there all the sweets look old and dry. (anyways free palestine)

I ordered matcha lavender today and was the worse. The barista horrible. Was only matcha not lavender at all.

Food and coffee was disgusting and there restrooms were very unhygienic and on the top of it they not even clean it time to time and even the hand wash liquid is empty if you complaining about it first they neglect it and then told that it was out of stock, DISGUSTING SERVICE

This review is for the starbucks Thornhill, Ontario location. The music was too loud. I asked that it be turned down, and the staff complied, but then someone else turned it up. After another request, the staff turned it down, and yet a third time someone turned it back up again. I am not impressed.

I have been a customer at Starbucks for over 20 years, as of late I have been dealing with rude employees as well as them trying to break there own business policies, I put in a complaint to head office they basically said I was correct and even went as far as saying the policy this girl was trying to claim didn’t start till the end of the month, and the way I asked for a refill was correct anyways when it comes into play as your allowed a take out cup to take the refill home with u and your visit doesn’t end till you leave the store. I’m tired of these rude judgemental employees I have been dealing with, I would understand if it was only a couple occurrences but it keeps happening time to give my business elsewhere as there are many means and choices to do so.

Way too thick, I'm pretty sure someone came inside it. Otherwise the whipped cream was overdue, which would be 10x worse.

Never coming back again. (Unless the waitress is a little hotter, then I'm coming for sure. On the waitress. In her eyes.)

They only hire lgbtq/gay people it’s completely biased and i have no problem with lgbtq people but when thats the only reason they get the job and its taking others out of one its pretty ridiculous

My Son & I drove through their drive-through, and ordered one of their "puppuccino's", to celebrate National Labrador Retriever Day at home with our 16 month old chocolate Labrador Retriever, on January 8th.

The lady (blonde, curly hair) who took our order was short with me on the intercom, and she was equally short with me when she handed me the cup. She did not seem happy at all. I don't know if it was because I didn't order anything else other than the pup-cup, or if it was because I didn't tip her (although she didn't give me an opportunity to tip her, because she was so short with me; she just handed me the cup and said "Here you go" and immediately backed away from the window), or if it was because she was having a bad day. Who knows?

Anyways....message received. I'll never return to your establishment. I can respect the boundary. Good day ma'am & Happy National Labrador Retriever Day. 🙏

Not a review but a suggestion , Star bucks needs a tea made with turmeric, I make a golden turmeric latte at home , but I think it would be a great addition to your menu.

My turkey provolone was so overdone. The cheese was so over heated that ALL OF IT ran out of the sandwich and stuck to the paper making it impossible to eat. The meat was way over done, hard & chewy. Very disappointed.

The manager yelled at me for playing music on my phone! like man I got to listen to the new Tyler the creator playlist that sh is fire

Learn to make bottle's that have caps that actually seal the drink 🤡's

Not only am I unhappy with the increased cost but I wish they would put out the milk, cream and sugar in Canada like they do in the States. Very inconvenient describing how much cream you want in your coffee.

North Vancouver Pemberton Plaza Starbucks has the worst manager, her name is Sarah and she does not know how to treat her employees. Today i saw her yelling at one of the baristas and she started crying and ran to the back. Get a life Sarah and if you don’t know how to handle stress of a manager then resign, there are better people who can take your place.
