Tim Hortons, Brock and Kingston Road in the no frills Plaza Rehan she is amazing and very polite my morning coffee is always great I’ve been going there for a long can’t complain she and her team are amazing

I requested a dark roast the attendant claimed he had none. When pressed to make a pot -- I would wait. He then said he was washing the pot. I requested he use another pot he then said he did not sell enough dark roast to make a pot. The customer behind me also wanted a dark roast. Is this a new policy or simply a lazy associate ?
Not very impressed. 2 unsatisfied customers.

This is the worst credit card I've ever seen they literally steal money then tell you wait three days you do call back wait five days you do call back wait seven days you do call back now wait eight to ten days what a joke you've got way better options out there I'll never give this criminal outfit any money ever

So, on the news last week, a Tim Hortons higher up representative claimed that the racist hiring of foreign workers was to change. That Tim Hortons would be dedicated to hiring Canadians again. Lies. I am Métis Canadian. I have extensive restaurant and customer service experience and have applied in BC to Tim Hortons many times. I would be great at making customers feel great! What a change that would be. I have not been given the opportunity for one interview in five years of applying. Justin Trudeau destroyed Canadians' youth and moms whose kids were off to college chance at finding any employment at Timmys. And at many many many other places. Racism is ripe. You do not have to be white to be a racist. And if Trustpilot deems what I just wrote as not PC enough to post, then Trustpilot is not trustworthy. The PC universe destroyed this country. Thanks Trudeau.

I was at a Tim Horton's this morning. Ordered Large coffee, sausage english muffin, hashbrown deal. Total 9.16. I paid 10.00 in cash. Change given 75 cents. Asked person why only 75 cents? Should be 85 cents? He said oh you dropped it. When I said I did not, as I know I did not as this is the second time this has happened at same place. He replied, oh I must have! There was a bunch of change on the ground, could not open door at drive through as close to window which he is well aware and assumed I would just say never mind, so I made him pay me the 10 cents and told him to get it as I know I did not drop as this is second time this has happened here and I was very careful to see if this happened again.
It was not the 10 cents..it was the principle. I told him he just lost a customer! If paying cash beware.

I personally enjoy timbits every single time, but im sure they can do better job with their coffee !

Almost as pathetically hopeless as their service

This is my second day of complaint about Tim Hortons and their ridiculous app, which keeps failing. Couldn't use it today, had to sign in and then had to wait 10 minutes for a code to come through so that I could open the app again. Missed my chance at Roll Up the Rim to not win. But then again I really don't think Horton's cares because they're making so much money for lousy unhealthy products. I guess it's obvious that I'm annoyed eh!

Avanida Tim Horton had awesome service

In-App pick-up order #9711 Jan 24 $30 could not be fulfilled (busy, unavailable items, some purchased with Tim’s points).

Store staff at 800 La Gauchetière O. (Montreal) advised us to request reimbursement via Tim Hortons app rather than in store. Then Digital Support repeatedly redirected us back to store.

Despite clear documentation and a formal escalation request #4342507, the issue is unresolved. Disabilities that make repeated redirection particularly burdensome are known to be involved, though revealing this should not be necessary to receive basic customer service.

Disappointing lack of accountability.

I have had a Tim card for sometime but when I attempted a Tim Hortons order through DoorDash it tried to get another store to accept my order and I was charged twice. The second order cancelled and now I have two pending transactions of 75 dollars each since dec 3. It’s dec 19 and they are still pending! Rediculous!

Always a friendly smile in my local TH drivethrough + very reasonable cost for breakfast. Would be nice to have a few more healthy options, but overall great service.

Coffee was sweet and didn’t taste of coffee

Was at Tim's and had a great time. I know they have a weird rep, but gotta be honest, it was alright.

We rarely miss a day without going thru the drive thru at Heartland Tim Hortons in Cochrane AB. The service is good, but there is one person we'd like to commend. Dasha. Dasha is always smiling, very friendly, and always has a nice word to say. No matter how gloomy the day, the Tim Hortons ice cap and Dasha's winning smile & happy hello brighten the day.

Sadly, it's just not good quality anymore. Not sure what's going on but the coffee tastes watered down everytime I go. The timbits are stale or they don't have any. Many times they don't have specific donuts. One place said " Sorry we don't have any timbits at the moment....i was flabbergasted . Many times the icecap doesn't taste right or isn't filled all the way.
It's just not worth it here any longer.

The iced latte, what's very good in the ladies out there they were so nice
