Unacceptable behaviour to loyal customers
This review is related to Starbucks in Winchmore Hill - in Sainsbury to the person with name Ellie with strong accent. You should never serve customers again! Your rudeness and disrespect to me - loyal customer who comes for years on a daily basis and spent money in the store all the time - you are the most unfriendly person from the whole staff. Your bad attitude towards customers and also your colleagues is unacceptable!!! You should represent the company and instead what you do on a regular basis is pushing people away and not to come back! You lost 3 customers I am aware of in April 24 because of you and your attitude and after today’s experience with you again I will not spent my money there anymore. You lost another customer! Shame of you Sturbucks that you employ and keep such individuals! Good luck

I have been a regular customer at Hammersmith Kingstreet branch for around one year ( daily ) and the staffs who regularly serviced me include Andy and Iaonnis and they are very polite and welcoming.
The customer service is excellent and time efficient.
They deserve five stars rating.
Rude scruffy dirty staff
Rude scruffy dirty staff, rudest server I have ever come across needs a career change going nowhere humans are involved, why have an attitude like that be ashamed if that was my daughter, filthy restaurant 9 out 11 tables disgusting had to clean my own table. This was the 2nd time we have visited this coffee shop and its the 2nd time it was filthy. A coffee shop run by irresponsible kids far too lazy to clean up but quick enough to take a break when a friend turns up. What's the point in asking for a name to go on the cup when they only slam the drink on the counter. Food hygiene 5 give me a break -5 a35 Axminster, will never use Starbucks anywhere in this country looking forward to Costa Coffee any day of the week.

The quality and ambiance of Starbucks has contributed to go on a downward spiral. Not the best tasting coffee out there service is at best average. Staff just seem to be going through the motions now my last choice coffee shop.

Often stop for coffee on long commute or working away. Staff are usually fab. Coffee decent enough, and great you can specify how you want it. My big bug bear is cleanliness. The staff have to clean and serve and seem to have to clean the toilets. This is very hit and miss depending on who is working. I can now predict how clean the toilet will be from who is working. This needs standardising. Staff need clear instructions how to clean the bathrooms thoroughly and there needs to be enough staffing and enough PAID time for them to do it. Or better still, employ actual cleaners.

This is a review especially for Esme At the Spitfire Starbucks in Stafford. My daughter and I have just moved into the area. This is the nearest Starbucks to us so we are regulars here. Esme made the experience wonderful and welcoming. She's such a lovely person so kind. A great asset to Starbucks. X

Earlier today, I had my drink all but thrown at me by a young man, who seemed to feel the world would end if he could not get to the drive-through hatch that instant, This meant that I had to ask the young girl to get me a spoon.
I don't care if he's on a timer. it was rude and unacceptable.
Don't Try and Americanise Us.
I want to order a coffee. I want to order a large black coffee, and sit down and drink it. I don't want to give my name, speak Italian, or actually interact with anyone if I can help it, but no, not in Starbucks. "What's your name?", "is that venti?". Just give me what I ask for, let me pay and I'm happy for you and me to ignore each other, other than the basic 'large coffee, black', price, I pay, done. These interactions mean I avoid Starbucks for their competitors every single time now.
Unclean no effort
Yeovil Sherborne rd One of the most dirtiest places I’ve visited. Floor throughout was caked and by the fire door fluffy it was so filthy. Chairs and tables covered in crumbs and stains. Kick boards ,table legs , no effort to clean and not under staffed. Shame as I like a Starbucks

Well to my suprise went into Starbucks castle vale in Sainsbury's today me and my friend brought coffee and toastie was sitting there a gentleman approached us have you tried anything different in Starbucks I did reply and say no not really because most things are most expensive and you wouldn't buy just incase you don't like what you have brought. It would be great if you could have some trials so people could taste the different coffees and pastries He then asked us what we'd like to try I said I would love to try the sugarcane ice coffee to my surprise I really really loved that coffee so in future when I go to Starbucks I would definitely be having one of the sugarcane coffees. Most of the time when I go to Starbucks I just have a normal latte or a flat white because it's what I know. When realising I was talking into the one of the managers of Starbucks I was quite a shocked 😲 but it was great bumping into a manager because I had the chance to try something else anyway I'll definitely be going back to Starbucks to have a sugar coffee so being in the right place today I actually had the chance to try something different and it's definitely sugar cane iced coffee Thank you 😁

The app is malfunctioning when applying reward stars for a free coffee & customer service have done absolutely nothing but try to blame everything else. First it’s my phone, next it’s ’store specific’ when it happens at every store I select on the app.
Useless service, the only positive for Starbucks is the reward system & can’t even get that right.

I went to the Winchmore Hill branch which is locted in the Sainsburys. I was met by a make member of staff who ai can describe as being youg with shoulder length brown hair. He played the staring game with me. No hi or can I help you. I had to engage him first! That aside the staff and th3 service was a complete shambles. Totally disorganised with th3 simple orders taking far too ongoing and the wrong orders being given out. Come on guys. Get it together please. You're not exactly cheap either!!

Personally I don't like to complain about starbucks but I'd like to settle a arguement. Regarding pupuchino for your dogs it's up to the customer if they request it and only 1 person out of 7 different locations has a problem serving them .

Visited the leven Starbucks today. Was met with staff out side entrance vaping, a very dirty sit in area with dirty floors, no clean tables. Even the self serve island with napkins and stirrers was over flowing with rubbish and spilt coffee. On arriving at the counter I was met by a female member of staff who said 'what do you want!' I advise of the order for my self and 2 other family members. I was advised that they don't do one of the requested orders any more with an eye roll. I then requested an alternative. 'go to the end and I'll shout your name'. The member of staff didn't take my name or any of my party's. We were then left standing for 20 mins whilst they chatted amongst their selves and opened the fire exit for a further vape. We were the only people waiting at the end and the only people needing served the site was not even busy. I was shocked. I have never seen a Starbucks on such a disarray. I will not be visiting this store again. Starbucks this is not the level of service I expect when visiting one of your branches. Atrocious .

Is Starbucks Decaf made with a carcinogen?
I have asked Starbucks twice now how their Decaf Coffee is made. One method of making Decaf involves using a solvent which is a carcinogen. I have been told that is the method used by Starbucks. However, I thought I would ask Starbucks themselves, as I don't want to drink decaf coffee made that way. Despite being told by Starbucks on both occasions that I would receive a reply within 2 days, I did not receive any replies at all. Does Starbucks have something to hide, I can't think why they would twice refuse to answer my simple question. I won't be drinking any more Starbucks decaf.
