I am giving a four star instead of a five because I felt like the application was a little confusing at times and not the easiest to get through but other than that my experience was great. I think Henry was absolutely amazing with the help that he gave me and continued to support me as I navigated through the system. I had accidentally paid twice and he caught it and refunded the second payment.

I had a great experience with Ashley. I had to due an address change due to the location of my business changing and she informed more of more options for me promptly so I felt very supported in the process!

It does take time on your own to form an LLC, but with State Filings; makes it possible to quickly be formed as a legit business.

The service itself was wonderful. Unfortunately, I processed a payment with a card saved on my computer but no longer in use and asked kindly to cancel and a refund as this was also a service I would not need at this time. The account manager Casey was very prompt to assist me and went above and beyond to help! I was especially grateful for her help as my situation was a little more inconvenient due to the closed card but she was very kind and helpful throughout the process. While I do not need this service I do appreciate the customer service I received.

DONT USE STATE FILINGS. they will register your llc but they also scam you out of $800 that you will never get back. Wish I could give them no stars

An absolutely scam. The IRS confirmed NOTHING was sent in on my behalf, but they had no problem charging me $400.

Emily was amazing! I explained to her that when I registered I thought I was on the state website and she actually walked me through how to do it myself for cheaper. I ended up sticking with her just for the expertise and professionalism. I was up and running the same day! Would highly recommend.

I had many questions, but they were all answered quickly and the information was very helpful. Paperwork was submitted and approved within a week. Pay attention to your cost, everything cost something and it adds up quickly. Only reason I didn't give a 5 star.
