I had many questions, but they were all answered quickly and the information was very helpful. Paperwork was submitted and approved within a week. Pay attention to your cost, everything cost something and it adds up quickly. Only reason I didn't give a 5 star.

First of Christina has the best communication back-and-forth. I had a question the answer was there either the next morning or that afternoon we filed as she mentioned it would take 2 to 3 weeks bam it was there no issues I had questions. My first LLC and I’m like what is this mean and she’d explain it. Why do I need this and she explained it I had no issues with these this company at all.

I received an email from Remy yesterday regarding my LLC. This is only my first time having to reinstate it and when it comes to technology, I am really not very good. I'm so thankful to have had Remy to, first of all, send the reminder email regarding my LLC reinstatement. I was confused about the whole process. The quick respond and the exceptional help from Remy was amazing. She directed me where and who to contact to get the process started. In addition, I received a return call from a lady from SOS office I, and I'm so sorry I don't remember her name, but she waited patiently on the phone with me while I completed every step to reinstate my LLC. These two ladies deserve recognitions for their excellent customer service. I wanted to say thank you again to you Remy and the lady from SOS office. My experience was amazingly easy.
