So I don’t know how many times I need to contact this company or write negative reviews they still have not refunded my money for a product I did not receive. Reading their other reviews this has happened to other customers too. Companies like this deserve NO customers. They make empty promises and platitudes. Just don’t waste your money - this company are a waste of time and customer service is terrible and nonexistent. I am receiving replies from a subsidiary of theirs saying I should contact the UK team but they are very busy??? Busy doing what???? Managing complaints maybe. I am furious as I have lost my patience and this all take times and energy!!! Just refund my money as I’m not going away until I get it!!!!

Efficient & does the job

Such a great product and company - I've ordered all of their detergents now and they do such a great job with a fraction of the liquid I might use from other brands. Also arrive on time and well-pacckaged to avoid spills

Easy website to access and assess products.

I ordered the Steamery Cirrus X. Unfortunately, after trying it once, I discovered it leaks during use and completely soaked my shirt. I expected much better quality from this product. I’ve already reached out twice to request a return, but have yet to receive a response from customer service. Very disappointing experience.

The design is very stylish but the performance was not as expected. The water cylinder is too small (managed one linen shirt before it emptied) and you have to buy the larger one. I purchased the travel bag because I did not realise it came with a bag. The travel bag is black, the one it comes in is cream: do not waste your cash! The steamer is ok on thin fabrics but even then not perfect. Creases do not just fall out and the risk of burns is high when the glove is more of a fabric rest than a glove for a hand. I should have gone for an upright model with power. Disappointed and no way to return once it is used. Appreciate my iron so much more though:)

The Steamery steamer is the best looking but worst performing I've used.

I've been a stylist for many years so have used a good number of steamers. I bought The Steamery one (+ the clothes shaver) as the design was so beautiful.

It's just not worth it though - it just doesn't work properly as the steam seems to stop or is not enough to take creases out.

It's extremely annoying to use and I'll be purchasing another brand soon.

Handy item for travel, although a little too big.

My steamer is faulty with big issues from first use (such as leaking boiling water on your hand when in use). I’ve contacted Steamery customer service twice and reached out on social media and still had no reply from them

Very nice quality steamer - works well

Saw this in Sunday times everything was perfect and as expected till I used it. Deliverd quickly , feels and looks like a luxury item in a beautiful sage green colour with high quality accesories.

The product itself is easy to use and certainly freshens the clothes, but the steam function is weak and it was hard work to remove all the creases.

First time purchase and great success

I purchased a Steamery 2 after seeing it demonstrated at an event. It was pricey but looked good and worked effectively. After very moderate use the paint on the handle has flaked off, I got a replacement and the exact same thing happened. Its a great looking product, but with a very small water container and the issue of a flaking plastic handle it is not fit for purpose. Amazon are providing a full refund and I shall be replacing it with a less elegant but more practical alternative

So easy to use and steams clothes brilliantly. I want to wash clothes so i can steam them! I tried a hand steamer and this is way ahead! Though i lime the ‘ironing glove’ i would also love just a heat proof glove

Sent it broken, it’s been 3 weeks and still no replacement or refund
