Beautiful products but terrible delivery service
Beautiful products. However, shipment goes through DPD and the cost advantage over other shippers does not outweigh the enormous delay they take for shipping goods.
I've been waiting for more than two weeks on my shipment so far and there is no clear date for when it will arrive.

I am very sorry to hear you aren't happy with our delivery service.
This is due to lighting products taking approx 1 week to 10 days to arrive to us from the suppliers and we then send them by DPD which usually takes up to a week to deliver to EU countries.
We do have a notice of up to 15 working days for delivery on each lighting product page to reflect this.
It has been 10 working days since date of order now and your fitting should be delivered any day now.
