Literally the most perfect way a shopping experience could have gone. The email correspondence before (during and after) purchasing was exceptionally professional, kind and helpful. Thankfully there are still lighting companies out there that are trustworthy and not selling horrible dupes from China. Thank you so much for doing what you do! International delivery to Germany worked out without any problems too.

Staff need to be more welcoming
They quickly arrange the collection items within a few hours but staff always quite rude/curt on collection. I wanted to ask about a few other things on two collections and didn’t bother so they potentially lost business.
