great quality, lovely scent that lasts, fast delivery

The glass jar candle has tunnel burnt leaving a huge amount wasted. Also it has burnt unevenly as the wick is off centre. I emailed Stoneglow explaining the problem, I received an email advising me to fill out their questionnaire which did not work. I have sent several emails together with photos to support my complaint but nothing further has been done by Stoneglow to rectify the issue. It is obvious by the photos what has happened it does not need a questionnaire...their initial response was the usual ' we have not had any complaints registered with these candles ' ADELINA OSMAN from Stoneglow it seems has stopped responding. Appalling customer service...

In response to your reply...I did not say Stoneglow has not replied...I said I have not had a reply to my email regarding the ' questionnaire ' I explained the cursor did not respond so I was not able to fill out the questionnaire, I made that quite clear. I also explained the candle was a gift so I would not know where it was purchased or the cost of the candle. You have ignored all of my explanation and still insist on filling out your questionnaire which is not possible from my tab. I was told to line the jar with foil there is no space to do this....as you can clearly see in the photos I provided.

The candle is not fit for purpose...

I was ordering from the unwanted become the wanted diffusers, I placed 2 in the basket but when I had checked out I saw just one, so I was really confused if I was going to receive 2 for the price of 1 in this clearance. I messaged customer services and honestly within the same morning my mistake had been rectified and I was really pleased with my order I received 8 bottles of different smells so highly pleased

Always had good experience with them. Their candles are super nice (and without bubbles in them like I had when buying the large Jo Malone ones :-( ) and the team is super nice and responsive. I think it is a small business which makes it even more valuable to buy from them I feel.

I’ve been really impressed by Stone Glow. I’d bought one of their candles in a garden centre and discovered that it was fantastic quality, lit easily, burned slowly and smelled amazing. I wanted to buy more of the same scent and so found the website. The buying process was easy, the delivery was quick and very well wrapped and I’m thrilled with the free gift that came with my purchase. All in all it’s been a fantastic experience.

I absolutely, loved the candles and the wax melts. They smell amazing.
The best I have ever brought.

The wrong order was sent to me, however it was dealt with very quickly by Adelina. As a gesture of good will, she told me to keep the candles I’d been sent by mistake and arranged for my own order to be delivered. It arrived the next day.

My Stoneglow order arrived damaged so i reported it online . Adelina from customer service responded promptly with an apology on behalf of the courier and arranged to send out a replacement product straight away .

Bought sea salt citrus candle and unfortunately no scent came off candle.
Sent email to company to complain and they advised me to complete complaint form rather than my first option. On completing this received email back saying I had used candle too much and there wasn’t much left. I stated that reason for this was to try and get some sort of scent from it, unfortunately I was advised to return product to shop, this is some 72 miles away and isn’t going to happen
Would not advise buying this product.

Easy to use website, order arrived quickly, products are great

Great product, really good scent - not overpowering or fake, and fills the room nicely. I had an issue with the wick not burning properly on the candle I bought so emailed the company - everything was quickly and efficiently resolved by Adelina who promptly sent me a replacement. This kind of service is exemplary and tells you it’s a quality company who cares about its customers. Will definitely buy from here again. I also bought a room spray which is again great quality, good clean scent and excellent value for money.

I ordered a gift for my sister-in-law but she never received the item. Contacted Adelina and she was so helpful and sent out another gift without delay using a different courier and my sister in law then received her birthday gift 😊 Fantastic customer service and would highly recommend. I’ve used this company before for other gifts.

Lovely scent that permeates the whole room

This week I bought a 'bundle of diffusers' without boxes etc on offer for £30.
What a beautiful bundle I received, one being my favourite smell and three more to try.

I’ve ordered a few products in the past. All have arrived promptly + well packaged.
I love the variety of fragrances + find them to be far longer lasting than any other makes I’ve tried.

New to Stoneglow, recently bought one of their Perfectly Imperfect defusers. If this was a ‘seconds’ item I can’t find the reason why, it looks perfect. Quickly (and perfectly wrapped) delivered as confirmed by Royal Mail’s delivery confirmation email only it wasn’t as confirmed by my security camera, nowhere to be seen. I informed Stoneglow and Adeline quickly took control, 6 hours later it was delivered by Parcel Force! The speed of Customer Service’s response was amazing, they set a standard other companies fail to meet. Thank you Stoneglow and particularly thank you to Adelina.
