Diffuser refills with no smell
I’m a very dissapointed customer.
I bought 4 refill diffuser oils . 1 for myself and 3 for Xmas gifts. I can only smell the fragrance if I place the reeds under my nose . Company wasn’t very concerned at all about it . I was just told send it back at my expense unopened .

Sadly, not good.
I purchased a Stone glow reed diffuser after smelling one at a friend's home which was beautiful. Sadly, when mine arrived it did not have the same power. All the reeds were used but after 6 days still hardly any aroma. I did contact their office but they said there was basically nothing wrong with the batch. This was definitely watered down. Never again.

We can confirm that no issues or changes were found during the production process for the batch in question. All parameters were within our standard quality specifications. We always recommend the reed diffusers to be placed in an area with good air circulation, ensuring it is away from direct sunlight, heat, and drafts.

My parcel has not arrived , I have spoke to customer service and heard nothing back, apparently the evri delivery they use have received it but hasn’t delivered , that’s been since 11 days ago

Fast delivery, my oils smell amazing. There was a small leak with one of my oils which I emailed about regarding a replacement, with a prompt reply they agreed they’d send a replacement for free. Adelina was so helpful with this. Thanks!

Extremely disappointed
Extremely disappointed! I have purchased frangipani with neroli and been quite pleased. However on purchasing two refills I wish I hadn’t bothered. What a waste of money, Hardly any scent at all! Even in a very small entrance porch which is enclosed. They are not cheap and these two refills are just so weak. They may well have just been expensive water.

Well if you’ve not already experienced stoneglow products it’s time to try. The smells are amazing they last over 12 months for me, don’t put them in the window though. Packaging is first class. Made in the UK 😊

Been buying Stoneglow Sandlewood and Patchouli reed diffuser for several years bought a refill from Stoneglow and there’s hardly any perfume seems watered down. Waste of money won’t be buying again. Time for a change

Amazing scent
Have tried several reed diffusers in the past with disappointing results,I was recommended this company in a local gift shop.
