Order has not arrived despite being shown as completed by Stoneglow. Evri for delivery are terrrible. Zero response to emails sent to Stoneglow

My mango candle has been lit for 3 hours and I’m still waiting for it to smell further than 3 inches from the flame. This brand was recommended to me but I wouldn’t recommend to anyone given the price. Very disappointed

I brought 6 tall pillar candles from this brand on the 18th Dec 24. Upon receipt and unpacking them a good three of them had dents and chips in them and two were unstable and wobbly when placed on a flat surface making them unsafe to use. I contacted Adelina in customer service and was asked to send them back at significant cost to myself of £7.75 which I was told would be refunded. After they received them back she said there was nothing wrong with them and would not refund my return postage. To be clear these were DANGEROUS!!!! Uneven pillar candles with free flowing wax that could easily cause serious burns. There was no concern shown regarding this order and I would certainly reconsider ordering from them again! *** In reply to your reply - What a load of nonsense. If you cared about safety you wouldn't sell wobbly candles that could spill liquid wax on people. There would be no reason for me to lie as I was prepared to buy them in the first place. The same cannot be said for you!!! I stand by my review. You sold unsafe, battered candles and the public should be aware of that.

Not cheap, but you get what you pay for!
Just remember to extinguish early as beautiful aroma lingers, which gives a longer lasting experience 🕯️

Great products, carefully packaged, quick delivery.

Bought several stoneglow reed difusers but one of them completely lost its fragrance after couple of weeks phoned company and said I was willing to send it back but was told it will be at my expense, very poor product not fit for purpose and bad customer service,

I absolutely love stone glow diffusers. The scent is gorgeous and lasts for ages. Highly recommend.

Love the scent Ylang Ylang & Amber - wish they did a room spray the same

These Christmas wax melts are amazing. I bought them for Christmas but keep using them an have to buy more. My house smells so good.

Ordered the pink diffuser and so pleased with it, works well, the colour looks fab in my kitchen. Like the smooth finish it is nicer than my other more expensive brand. Also bought the lovely sandlewood and patchouli fragrance to go in it. It has become my favourite. Got the lovely pot reed set (fireplace scene)which was in sale and I asked for a few spare reeds and they very kindly obliged. Good company to deal with and great offers for returning customers.

Product looks lovely, its a gift for a friend and sure she will love it.
Updates on order could be better, advised delivery was Hermes and tracking number when they are now Evri with a different tracking number, took longer than other companies i have recently used. Evri did a great job as always.

I purchased the unwanted become the wanted in both the diffusers and candles. The latter were brilliant but I was disappointed with the diffusers. I understand scuffs on the packaging, crates etc but I didn’t expect some of them to be only half full. There was no evidence of any leaks as they were perfectly wrapped, just a shame the liquid was so sparse.

I originally bought reed diffuser oil from a garden centre. I fell in love with the fragrance and also very impressed with how long it lasts. Everybody who came into the lounge commented on the lovely smell. I wanted a Christmas fragrance so I found the website and luckily managed to buy two refill bottles for the price of one.

Easy to order and the smell is great and long lasting

First time I've bought stoneglow on line, normal buy from the garden centre. I got a better deal from the company and a free candle 😁 Amazing just like the smell and really well packaged.

My first time using Stoneglow and unfortunately it was not a good experience. My order was never delivered by Evri resulting in much frustration trying to reach them (impossible) and then having to convince Stoneglow that there was a problem. It turned out there had been an error with my address which had not been picked up by Stoneglow as their orders go straight to Evri. After many calls, where they were initially not very understanding, SG finally re-sent my order via a different carrier. I have not used the diffuser refills yet, so cannot comment on them, but this delivery fracas has not left me with a warm feeling and I would hesitate to use them again.
Seeing SG's response that this was actually my fault has furthered my opinion that their customer service could be improved. The fault lies in their system which did not pick up my address correctly for delivery but miraculously did for the billing address. When I suggested that they might like to check this with IT I was met with a "no can do" attitude.
Yes, they eventually resolved the issue but with a lack of grace and by leaving me with the impression that the error was my fault.
Blaming the customer is not a good approach.
In no way has their customer service encouraged me to remain a customer.

No smell whatsoever from reed diffuser. Very dissapointed. First purchase from Stoneglow and sadly my last.

Absolutely love Stoneglow candles, diffusers & melts. On the odd occasion I purchase a different brand but always come back to Stoneglow. They have the best range of scents which last so long. And often get a little free gift from them and who doesn’t love a free gift. They always package your order well & helped me out very quickly when I missed things from my order so they helped add them on so I didn’t need to pay for delivery again. 5 star service from theee best candle/diffuser brand! They also do great gifts for all occasions!

The mint and bergamot fragrance is just lovely. Would definitely recommend

My order never arrived - I rec'd an email from DHL to say it would arrive on the 15th October, it never arrived and then I had another email to say it would arrive 18th October, it never arrived. I then emailed Stoneglow to advise the parcel hasn't arrived and to cancel the order as it was for a present and still no response from them! I won't be using them again! Poor customer service and unreliable courier.
