STOREX Opiniones

Good facility. Generally very good service except that Store Protect was incorrectly charged. Full refund was given.

Nice safe facility, friendly staff.
Had some issues with price changes after joining and being signed up to an additional service I didn’t agree to (and complicated to sort).
Very clean and well cared for space, no mess, dirt or smells . Parking usually fine.

Easy usage/access and pleasant helpful staff

Excellent facility with friendly and professional staff.

Great staff, always willing to go out of their way to help!

The staff were all good accept that I wasn't shown the sizes of the units . That would have given me the right choice I needed to store my goods . I had to accept a unit that was too big and had to pay a large amount for the wrong size I needed. Other storage providers allowed me to see and also suggest what I needed in terms of size. Other than that everything was alright. It would be also nice to have a storex storage systems to be available in streatham, norbury or surrounding areas , gives more choice for customers ;and storex prices are reasonable and will be good for business

What made my experience great?

That's a one word answer - Raj.

Raj runs the place like Swiss watch and with great charm.

Excellent experience and the store Manager at Loughton has been so helpful to me. As I do have mental health but she is very carm and caring. Thank you.

The staff here are incredibly helpful, supportive & friendly.
The units are spotless & it always feels very secure

Very helpful staff,in particular Gavin.
The facility is very secure and very clean

Very fast service, reliable and efficient. Easy to manage around, staff on site if you need any help with anything.

The staff is very helpful and imformative to all our need in storex , Brilliant staff

The whole experience of using Storex has been excellent, from the extremely helpful and knowledgeable Benazir to the ease with which the site & units are accessed. Will definitely use again & would recommend to anyone looking for a storage unit

Its so easy to access STOREX. Its all done on an app. This was quite alien to an old girl like me, but the staff were fantastic (and very patient). So now I'm in and out in no time at all.
Its all very clean and bright. There are plenty of trolly's and the loo is lovely and clean....... hygiene is a must for the women.
There is no doubt about it Watford Rotary wouldn't be able to do half their projects if it weren't for STOREX

Very professional and efficient. The woman behind the desk, whose name was Bena was excellent very polite and helpful. I would highly recommend this facility.

Welcoming and friendly team, great digital experience too, the app is fantastic and the facility is clean, tidy, modern and incredibly sophisticated.

Generally a good app and a clean storage environments with helpful staff.

The lift was out every other time I went. While some of the staff are helpful, others are not; storage is not the easiest to get in and out of, and the cost just seems to climb - I would go with someone else

Impressive facilities. Clean new with easy access.
However the customer care by Rubal was excellent an exceptional young man who was willing to do his best throughout my moving process which I always find extremely stressful.
Thank you Rubal for helping to make this process less stressful.
