I made a purchase from the UK and initially there were some issues caused by the shipping company, but Daniel at Storkz went above and beyond all my expectations to set things right. His kindness and diligence really impressed me. In fact, this is probably the most extraordinary online buying experience for me to date. I have never experienced this level of customer care before and can therefore not recommend Storkz enough. If the need arises, I will definitely purchase from them again with absolute confidence. A truly wonderful company to deal with.

I was unable to find a specific waterproof MP3 player in the UK, i found it on STORKZ. The price including the shipping was very competitive to similar products in the UK. I received my MP3 fairly quickly and well packaged. I would highly recommend this store and would deffinately use them again.

Purchased a Philips electric shaver that could be used plugged in. Purchased via Storkz as was struggling to get one in UK. Was bit concerned after order as tracking only showed a shipment number for the first five days. However queried with help desk who advised item was despatched and further tracking would show after x 5 days.
Subsequently the tracking confirmed was e route from USA and then was updated and delivered to my UK address 4 days later.
Item arrived bang on the 12 x days quoted delivery time which from USA I was happy with.
Very happy I would definitely order from Storkz again.

It was my first time ordering from storkz, and it was a really good experience & would definitely recommend ordering from storkz . At the same time I would like to add that shipping of product takes some time as it's coming from USA so be a little patient but I still got a product in time.
I will surely order again from storkz.

I am writing to add to my review which it seems I cannot now either edit or withdraw. Since I wrote it I have been in communication with the company and they have been very helpful in sorting out the problems - excellent customer service. So contrary to my first review I commend them as a company. I regret having been far to hasty in my first comment.

I ordered an item from them, gave them my full address and paid for the item. They then sent it to the wrong country and despite my efforts to get them to correct it they did not bother to reply. Avoid.

Great product, I had despaired of being able to help my cat who has hyperthyroidism. Since starting this medication, she has put on a couple of pounds, her fur is being better cared for and she no longer calls all night. The support helpline also answers any queries promptly.

The second time l have ordered from this company had a slight issue with delivery but they have SUPERB customer service the best in the uk.

Not one for usually leaving reviews but had to take the time out to leave Storkz some very well deserved feedback for there customer service.

I had initially placed order for 120 capsules of curcumin, when delivery arrived they had sent me the 60 capsule bottle in error but huge credit to Storkz they quickly and efficiently put things right by sending me out the 120 capsule order FREE OF CHARGE!! to the UK now that's what i call superb customer service you have a life long customer here very positive experience from start to finish.

Happy to be receiving a refund from this company.
