Firstly it was amazing to be able to get my favourite eye drops sent to me here in Oz. Secondly, they arrived faster than I expected. And thirdly, when I thought there was an issue with the delivery, customer service was beyond helpful (thanks Angelica C.). 5 Stars across the board. 🙌🏼

Placed an order with Storkz and all was going well, until unfortunately USPS lost my purchase. Daniel, Tina and Rose came to the rescue to make things right ar various steps. Another slight hiccup along the way, but this family company simply went above and beyond to ensure that I received what I ordered. I can’t speak highly enough when a company such as Storkz has gone to such lengths. Recent experiences making international purchases with the “big” internationals have been less than ideal with damaged goods, late deliveries and lost products where being compensated is problematic. Storkz clearly lives and breaths on its reputation so if you want great service and value for money buy from there guys. Absolute legends.

I have just received my items today ordered from Storkz a lot earlier than I expected, which of course I am very pleased about, they are the items I ordered & are all correct,
I was apprehensive of ordering outside of Amazon & eBay as usual but I couldn't find this product as usual on those mediums, so I ordered from Storkz & wasn't sure what to expect,
But happily all is in order & delivered in super quick time with email updates re: dispatch etc,
Not quite clear which country the product actually is dispatched from, I thought it was USA but return address is based in Slough,
Aside from that confusion all is good & I recommend to other buyers who may be apprehensive of buying from this private company that exist outside of Amazon & eBay.

Their prices are very competitive, and the delivery is very fast.
Additionally, their customer support is excellent, I highly recommend anyone to them, you will enjoy the service.

Great customer service. Can't express how much they have done for me.

I buy through this company regularly and have very competitive priced items. Delivery is very quick.
The 3 items I purchased I wasn’t happy with how much is in each bottle.
It’s quite expensive to compensate they have given me a 20% discount on my original purchase which is more than generous.
The dispute was handled very quickly and efficiently I recommend this Company.

As sometimes happens - my purchase from Storkz didn’t work out hence the 4 rather than 5 stars here.
HOWEVER - I have been so impressed at how quickly they dealt with the situation and even refunded my money before I had returned the item.
I will definitely buy from this company again without hesitation.

After a poor initial customer service experience, Daniel Kovacs stepped in and not only quickly resolved my issue, but did so in such a generous and courteous manner, that a five star review is the least Storkz deserve. Thank you Daniel.
