A Very smooth process. Placed my order and immediately received a confirmation email which stated shipping from US to UK would be 7-12 days. I was able to track the parcel in the US and then again via Royal Mail once it landed in the UK. My parcel arrived within the estimated time exactly as ordered. Very pleased

Genuine company, my order was processed on a Sunday and dispatch notice on Monday.

Items from abroad took just 8 days in total from America to United Kingdom, although communication of tracking info needs to be improved.

Overall highly recommended and came as recorded Royal Mail plus well packaged.

I probably would have liked more email updates on where my package was on it's travels, but I am in Australia and ordered from the US, so there it takes longer and is harder to track.

Seriously impressive and faster than Otterbox can deliver to my address from their base in Eire.

Seems ok, apart from my item was out of stock even know it said in stock when ordered. Got an email apologizing and a refund the next day so couldn't complain.

I ordered some plastic CD racks from Storkz from the UK which I ahve been on the hunt for for a very long time. The items were damaged en route and Storkz sent replacements straight away. Their customer services centre was very responsive. I always think that the quality of a company is determined less in how they sell you things but rather how they deal with customers when things do not go right. I am very happy with my product.

I ordered 4 products,2 arrived around 12 days later to the UK,the other two didn't arrive,so I contacted the company who kept in touch with me and sent links so I could track them.
This is my second time of ordering and I am very pleased that I can order different products that are not available in my country,so thank you very much.

Placing the order on the website was straight forward,the confirmation email was prompt all in all a very professional experience.

Only place that currently stocks the only make up I wear! Was worried as never heard of them and being in the UK wondered if I’d ever receive my item from the US. But nothing to worry about! Arrived as expected and have ordered again from them. Highly recommend and would use again. Thank you :-)

Was apprehensive as all seemed a little too easy and whilst price (American girl doll) was marginally inflated with delivery it was very reasonable. Waited anxiously for 8 days and realise I had nothing to worry about! Got exactly what I ordered, no fuss and within the timeframe I was given. Will absolutely use again and would recommend to anyone needing products from outside the uk that you can’t get elsewhere!

Despite still showing as ‘processing’ on the website my order has been delivered within the time advised. Would happily use this site again.

I was very dubious about ordering from a US company, but they had a doll my granddaughter desperately wanted for her birthday, and I couldn’t find it anywhere in the UK. I needn’t have worried. It arrived in only 10 days and I was able to track it the whole journey.

Ordered an item and waited for over one month patiently and it was never delivered even though I paid 14 pounds for the delivery.

I sent an email days back no one responded to help me with the tracking.

I kept tracking and kept seeing no answer -carded.

Now I checked back on the royal mail to see -delivered to a safe place as At yesterday.

Meanwhile I work from home 24/7 and no delivery knocked or tried to contact me with this order.

Royal mail did not deliver this order after waiting for more than a month.

This is so wicked.Use at your own risk .

I’m really blown away with their professionalism. From easy ordering process, through smooth tracking system and quick delivery - to an absolute OUTSTANDING customer service!
