I have had a great experience shopping on Storkz. The delivery was quick and I am happy not to have had additional import fees.

But what made my day was the customer support that I received. There was a manufacturing issue with my order so I contacted them for assistance. I got a reply in about a day (I later realised it was from the actual COO) and I seriously never received a more thought out and helpful message from any Customer Support ever!

As a Customer Support manager myself, I must say that from now on I aim to be more like Daniel from Storkz :)

Excellent customer care, If you ask 100 questions. Danial will reply to all of them. super fast shipments, and refunds if you receive something damaged,
Highly recommend storkz.

I chose Storkz due to their reputation and it did not disappoint.

My package arrived and there was an additional fee to pay so the post office sent a card saying that it would be delivered after this was paid.
I took a picture of this and emailed Storkz, within the hour Storkz had emailed back and paid this for me so my item arrived the following day.

Thanks Storkz for your fast response and good customer service, I would use again!

I had to review this company 5 stars they were very helpful with everything . My daughter was delighted with her product! It came so quickly as well considering it was coming over from America to England 7 days max it took . I've never had such great service before . Will definitely be shopping again!! Would recommend this company to anyone! Thank again !!!!

[5 August 2018: I changed my rating from 1 to 3 stars because the support of Storks replied to my complain. They replied fast and the solution they came up with, is nice! They will send me another Funko with no extra charges. As promised to the support, I will change my rating from 3 to 5 stars if the new Funko comes intact! My esteem for Strokz raised :)]

[4 August 2018: I placed an order (Funko Pop of Miss Fortune) and the box is damaged.. I'm super sad because I'm a collector. + I paid 35 euros for it. It's not normal the box is damaged like this. It looks like someone already opened it before sending.. Totally not happy about this webshop!]

The G-Shock I ordered arrived in the UK promptly, free of duty and just as described. I would not hesitate to use Storkz again. Many thanks.

I ordered something off of their website and then I later got an email saying it was out of stock. The customer service was amazing, they felt bad they didn’t have it in stock so offered me other arrangements for my later orders. Fast replies and a family run buisness will be using this website regularly.

I didnt get the stuff I ordered.
David Kovacs from Storkz kindly responded both by mail and phone and are going to arrange a reshipping of my order.
He told me that the missing order might be the fault of the Swedish postal office, that are experincing severe difficulties during Christmas.
I am very happy about Storkz handling of my claim. I am looking forward to get the things I ordered.

The best company ive ever bought from, my grandson wanted something from usa but the postage was huge making the present far to expensive, i emailed daniel of storkz and he made a special purchase of the item just for me as he didnt sell it,and with postage it was fraction of the price, i couldnt reccomend storkz enough, i bought gifts last year i couldnt get from england and the delivery was very quick, excellent company and fantastic customer service.

Looked for days after some different things i needed, and found it at Storkz, also cheaper then any other store in the world ( Internet).
Had my doubts cause it was so cheap, but ordered it anyway, and to my surprise i got the goods well before promised, AND faster then i get stuff from my own country!
I´m not done with this company!

A guy from the support actually called me back and did his best to help me when the swedish post messed up my delivery.

This company is excellent. The items were despached quickly and I received my items in the time slot allocated to me.
The customer service with this company is phenomenal.

After the UK postal service attempted delivery at the wrong address, they were determined to return my item to Storkz. After expressing my frustration with Storkz, Daniel Kovacs gave me excellent customer service and made me feel very valued as a customer, contacting UK Royal Mail and rearranging directly for them to redeliver (something they had told me they couldn't do).
I'll certainly be coming back to buy again after seeing how committed and dedicated Storkz are to ensuring their customers are fully satisfied.

ordered a Flappy the Elephant for my grandson for xmas...wasnt sure it would arrive in time...but arrived in 8 days to the Scottish Highlands...something even some UK companies cant manage...was perfect and very pleased with both the item and the speed of service...would buy from them again with no hesitation :)

Just Wow! I had a really great first experience buying from Storkz.com, it was a very welcomed 'breath of fresh air' as modern e-commerce experiences go. They had an uber-clean site, with arguably great products (most of which I couldn't easily find here in the UK, even from some of the biggest online retailers that ship internationally).

Add to that great value prices (even after shipping), and excellent customer service, I rarely ever experience elsewhere. I was looking for afew US products I couldn't find here in the UK and so I rang the support number for a query and got a call-back, within minutes answering all my concerns and completing my order blazing-fast and trouble-free.

In my case there was No additional import charges on delivery, i.e. any shipping Duty/VAT was included in my purchase, which added great peace of mind with no added ‘surprises’ or costs later on from HM Revenue & Customs.
