Good customer service
Good communications, especially when you have your stoves serial number handy. Being Stovax, they have all of the Stovax stove range spares to hand. Quick delivery (UPS) and well packaged but do check they have sent the right parts. Ask for Stephen on 01392 47400

Kenny to the fore again!
Kenny has repaired our gas fire twice getting to the root of the problem quickly and fixing it.
He has a very pleasant manner.
He is clean and tidy eg taking his boots off in our house

Over time and with use, consumerable parts will need replacing in your fire or stove, especially when it is nearly 10 years old. But by booking a repair through us (as you have done) means we can send a highly qualified engineer (like Kenny), trained on all our products and with a van full of stock, to resolve your issue effectively and efficiently. Leaving your fire or stove working like new.

I was called by Tim Smith our very friendly engineer to let me know when he’d arrive
On arrival, he took his shoes off, protected our carpet and did an excellent service of our fire
Explained what he was doing and answered any questions I had

Our Technical Advisors have been trained on all our products and are available by phone or email to advise on any enquiries or issues you have. They will always happily talk through a fault diagnosis (with a qualified engineer) or help advise a customer on how to use a product or (as in your case) pair your handset, and will also, if they feel that the best option is to have one of our engineers to site, advise how to request an engineer’s visit.

Gazco Coal Effect Gas Fire
Bought and had fitted a Gazco gas fire with living flame and coal effect earlier this year. The fire and surround look perfect together and give a clean and classic look. We have not had much chance to use it due to the heatwaves but are looking forwards to getting plenty of use out of it this winter. The fireplace is easy to use looks like a real coal fire. I will definitely recommend Gazco Fireplaces to anyone purchasing a new fire.

Exceptional Maintenance Visit
We have a Stovax woodburner which needed an annual service. This is the first time that we have used Stovax Gazco and wish that we had known about them sooner. The engineer Jon Thompson telephoned in advance with an arrival time which was spot on. A totally delightful chap! Very informative and efficient at his job, he even covered the carpet with huge sheets of film before laying the dust sheets for protection of the furnishings/carpets. He explained in precise detail what work was required and offered advice for future lighting burning etc. I am looking forward to his next visit to complete the required maintenance, a very rare example of excellent customer service and a credit to the company!

Called Jon Thompson out as I couldn’t get my pilot to come on following a gas fitter changing the thermocouple.
Jon was brilliant, he identified the problems and repaired the fault very efficiently. I would highly recommend Jon as he is really knowledgeable about these intricate gas fires.

John did a very good job, was clean and tidy and friendly. Unfortunately the glass supplied was streaky and would not clean or burn off so we will need a new glass.

I had a service booked for an afternoon slot on Thursday 23 July. The service engineer Jon Thompson gave me the promised advance call.He did a thorough job on the service and then showed me everything worked ok and reminded me to make sure the steam on the glass had expired before switching off.Thank you.

Tim Smith (who has been previously) came to service our gas fire. Arrived on time, was through and tidied up afterwards. Very nice chap - highly personable and professional. Our loss of one star is simply because of the cost of the service - Stovax are increasingly expensive!!
