Great job, will be using again
Splendid job by Shane Bush. Give this man a raise! He was thoughtful considerate to the surroundings and showed great expertise in quickly identifying the root cause of the problem. He also gave me some useful advice on maintaining the appliance. I will be servicing with Gazco again no questions asked!

Great service
Customer services obtained a prompt service visit. The engineer was efficient, thorough and professional.
This is the fifth consecutive year that Gazco have serviced my Reflex 75T gas fire , and they have always given excellent service.

Futura 5 woodburner
We had a Futura 5 woodburner installed a few months ago and it has honestly got me wishing for colder days and nights (other than getting through this heatwave) so we can use it more. Looks just so good burning away, pumps out loads of heat, hence we can't use it at the minute, it was easy to get started and also to get used to the controls. My only issue is that I now have a slightly overflowing log store and can't burn it!

We submitted a warranty claim.
We submitted a warranty claim with Stovax as our ( I think they are called) eco extension tubes had seized into the stove. The warranty claim was dealt with quickly.
The Stovax engineer that came to deal with the issue was Rezza (my spelling.)
Rezza was a lovely guy, polite and friendly. He carried out the work in a clean and efficient manner.
I would be more than happy to deal with Stovax and Rezza again.

It is lovely you are happy with the speed and effectiveness of our engineers visit and that you are pleased with the work that Reza carried out.
Over time and use, the extension tubes can become difficult to remove as they can seize due to the extreme heat generated by the stove and ash, which naturally circulates as the fuel burns. Regular maintenance should reduce the risk, as the tube should be removed and greased as part of an annual service.

Excellent stress free service
Great communication, John (Thompson) the engineer rang with ETA. He arrived with his own shoe covers and clean dust sheet which was appreciated as we had newly laid carpets. Excellent, professional work
I have been without a fire since October,25 paying a,company monthly for servicing and maintaining the fire. My husband was very ill and we both really struggled with being so cold all through the winter.
Yesterday we contacted Stovax Gazco to arrange for an engineer to come out. Today I had a call to say an engineer was on their way. A very tall man came in, his name is Gary, very friendly. He got on with the job straight away and everything was repaired put back together in about 2hrs. Very nice man and very efficient He knew exactly what he was doing, thank you Gary. Maggie

Gas Fire Service
We’ve just had our annual service for our
LOGIC MK3 HE CF NG REMOTE CONTROL COAL GAS FIRE.
Once again Jon Thompson was the engineer and he was friendly, thorough and professional throughout. Jon gave us a 25 minute warning that he was on his way and he gave us some safety tips as well as servicing the 3-year-old appliance. It was nice to have the continuity of the same engineer.
