Reza, the Stovax Gazco engineer came to fix a fault with the ignition handle on our gas fire. he was efficient, sociable and thorough. he also gave us some excellent advice which we had not been made aware of by the company which installed our fire and their service engineers when we have had annual services. He was excellent.

Great experience all round
Great experience all round. The Stovax Gazco Engineer Jon Thompson rang prior to give me a heads up and estimated time of arrival. Cracked on with the yearly service whilst providing useful information about using the stove and getting the most out of it, as well as what will help keep it running efficiently between services. Very friendly and helpful throughout the service.

Gazco Fire Service
The engineer named Ray arrived on time, introduced himself and quickly began servicing our Gazco gas fire.
He was very efficient and tidy taking his shoes off each time he came into the house.
He cleaned the fire and tested it changing a few parts.
Great job and very happy and cheerful engineer 👍

Excellent service
I cannot speak highly enough of Anne Lloyd-Jones and Reza Nejad. They are a real credit to the company. We have had some issues with our fire since we purchased it. Anne is always very prompt, helpful and friendly in her responses and arrangements. Reza is also helpful and friendly and arrives when he says he will, explains what he is going to do and says how long it will take. Reza is also very respectful of our home. The issues that we have had have been resolved quickly and efficiently. Despite the issues, I would highly recommend Stovax Gazco.

Excellent service.
Kenny Anderson did a great job servicing our Stockton 4, even when I was late and got the date wrong. He showed me how to loosen some stuck mechanisms and generally keep the stove tidy.

It’s great when an engineer-Ray- calls you up and lets you know his ETA. We had a very tricky problem to solve and Ray was a very professional and experienced engineer and solved the problem in his stride. Occasionally, as with any appliance, there may be times when your fire or stove stops performing as designed. This is usually because a consumable part has worn with use. By calling us out you get engineers that are not only fully trained on all our products, allowing them to fault diagnose quickly and efficiently, but also have a Van full of stock so they can fix the fire then and there.

Reza serviced both our glass fronted gas fires. He was meticulous carrying out each service which took nearly 2 hours per fire. He clearly explained the steps being carried out and the particular issues that needed to be addressed. The fires were in good condition generally. He cleaned the fires very well and tidied the area. He was very knowledgeable and polite. A real asset to the company. Will definitely be using them again. Also their prices are very competitive.
