Purchased replacement fire brick set for Ecosy + Panoramic Slimline.
Easy & straightforward ordering process on website. Competive price compared to buying vermiculite boards and cutting yourself.
Rapid delivery - well packaged.
Installed straight from box with no alterations that have been previously mentioned in reviews.
I will emphasize that the fire box needs to completely cleaned out with any residue carbon build up removed as these can make the brick fitting tight. If the bricks don't fit or sit correctly, then remove and see why - don't force the bricks in.

Very pleased with the Ecosy Panoramic…
Very pleased with the Ecosy Panoramic With Cast Base which was installed last week. It looks more modern than our old one and the big glass door is great - it's like watching telly. It has a slimmer fire box (less depth) but burns well and hopefully more economically. We had a blip with the pallet being delivered to the wrong address but that was rectified the following day. Seems like a good quality product at a good price.

Very quick delivery, efficient service after I forgot to order one part that was added to the order with no issues.
Would have got 5 stars but delivery is only to curbside and I live up a few steps so had to sort that bit myself.

Due to the weight of our stoves and pallet courier insurance rules, drivers are strictly restricted to flat kerbside/doorstep drop-offs. We do highlight this in our checkout terms and dispatch confirmations so customers can plan ahead, but we completely understand it takes extra effort when steps are involved.
