Hi Sean, thanks for your feedback. We were surprised to see this review, as this order was delivered back in January. When you called our office on Friday to say you had just opened the packaging and were missing pieces, we asked you to check the rest of your delivery—at which point you located the second unopened box while on the line with us.
During that same call, we offered to send out a replacement immediately once you confirmed what was inside that second parcel. Our manager also followed up with an email right after seeing your 1-star review to reiterate that we are more than happy to honor a replacement set. We haven't heard back from you, but our offer still stands! Please reply to our email or call us on 01256 889397 so we can get this resolved for you.

Before I purchased this log stove I must have looked at close to 200 different stoves but when I found this I read the description and looked at all the photos and I thought yes, I had it installed by the qualified people i lit it it was fantastic way beyond my old fire , my neighbour came to see it and couldn’t believe how much I’d payed for a fire that looks so modern it makes my lounge look like a photo shoot,Absolutely Fantastic.Thank you Stove World uk.Gary

I looked in two a lot of companies and found the best value for money. Is at stove world I did lots of research research on lots of different different levels and found that the elk cozy 5 kW with woodstore would be the best for me and it hasn’t disappointed in fact, his brilliant and compared to anything that comes close, it’s a really competitive price stoveworld are very helpful. I wrote to them two or three times asking for questions and they came back back promptly and efficiently, so I finally made my decision and bought oneI highly recommend to anybody looking for a New wood burner. Don look at stove worldand speak to the team if they have any questions and you won’t be disappointed.
