Their rates are pretty reasonable
Their rates are pretty reasonable. The IT is pretty straightforward to use. It’s a bank so what you want is good rates , easy to get your money back and them not to go bust. So far so good 😂

Beware of the sudden phone call!
I like Streambank but I often get a shock when logging into my account. My phone rings instantly with a 6-digit access code breathlessly delivered by an excited female voice with no introduction and then 'I repeat' and so on again and again. It's like those spy films in which top-secret information has to be given quickly before the enemy detects your whereabouts. Otherwise I've had good interest rates in three accounts. They could add a 'Call me now' icon to prevent the phone shock experience.

Easy to open savings account
Opened a savings account with StreamBank last year, it’s recently matured and after offering a competitive rate for this year I decided to stick with them. The account was easy to open and fund originally, as was transferring to the new rate for this year

Great company to deal with and respond to my queries very quickly. I would have liked to have a reminder about a 14 day deposit window when renewing a fixed term deposit account. Apart from that would be happy to recommend the company.

Renewed an existing maturing Fixed Rate Bond for a further 12 months. The rate applied of 4.53% was very competitive / higher than others I compared it with.
