I have been disappointed in this accommodation since I moved in, in September. One week before I moved in i was notified that my room wouldn't be ready for 2 months. My temporary room was dirty, mold growing in the bathroom, gum stuck on the carpet and dust everywhere. Clearly not cleaned after the last person moved out. Construction has been going on for months now starting sometimes before 7AM with power tools. When we moved into our new room, I asked if it would be cleaned after construction and they said yes. We went into the flat and it clearly hadn't been cleaned. There was still dust everywhere from construction, mattresses weren't unwrapped. The new rooms are definitely an upgrade from the older rooms but the moving process was quite rushed. I hope it gets better once the construction is done.

The location is amazing, booking experience was smooth. They did somewhat undersell the location though, since some details were missing or outdated, and lots of pics were missing.

The email replies always take so long and they never reply until I send the email twice.

Also , I paid the instalments and deposit, but there was no room for me at all which I still do not have my room number when I arrived

Consider the fact that they are busy with booking enquires for this period, a bit slow email response can be accepted. The Wechat customer service saves everything. He/she responds instantly and solves all my problem. Very patient and give clear explanation.

Tips: try using bank tranfer instead of that third party for payments, would avoid plenty of issues.

The accommodation is located in the centre of London and looked after well. Staff is amazing, very friendly, courteous, and always helpful in any situation, there is nothing missing. Staying here for almost a year was a great experience. I can recommend staying here.

Though the price is a bit expensive, the experience is worth it.
Excellent security, the room is big, nice and clean. There is leaner who cleans hallway almost everyday. And it is near by train station, multiple bus stations, very convenient traffic.
Reception stuffs are nice as well, very responsible.

I have moved to Stuhomes - Kirby Street in September 2022. This residence offers you everything you need to live and study in comfort. The staffs are very polite and very helpful. Well located and well maintained.
I have already renew my contract for another year.

Having been living at Kirby Street almost three years now, I've received a lot of help and support from Dan. He is a really nice guy and cares about what residents need. Also, as the manager here he always put our benefits and interests in mind and organizes many great events with his team for the students. I've joined some of them and felt they were great activities. Would like to thank Dan again for always being so nice and supportive.
