Very disappointed in the Cleopatra hairbands I received totally different from the picture, no coloured stones and very flimsy. Would not recommend.

Reasonably priced and lovely quality
Saw the mask in the shop window but I had my dog with me so decided to order it online. Such a good choice! Absolutely love it, looks even better than in the shop.

I have now been waiting 4 weeks for a refund. I have spoke to 3 people all assuring me my refund is being processed. I feel I have no alternative now but to go down the legal route which is not ideal for £150 refund.Avoid this company there quick to take your money but not refund when you are let down with your delivery.

Great Customer Service
I have the pleasure of meeting Ben when I wanted to buy a good vape. He was knowledgeable, polite, well mannered and exceptional service. I needed to follow up the day after and spoke to him and he was just as delightful. A great employee, you need to keep that one for sure!
