Had an issue with a mask I got in January 26 which had stopped working.

Very impressed with my 5 in 1 mask and…
Very impressed with my 5 in 1 mask and the customer service I recently received. Had a fault with my mask and once I provided all the evidence they required I had a new replacement mask ordered (still waiting for the delivery) but I'm very happy and very grateful I can resume treatment very soon. My skin loves it! Thanks guys. Great work!

Great customer service.
I had an issue with a product I bought. I spoke to a lady called Lorraine and the issue was resolved within 24hr. Lorraine was amazing at keeping contact with me and letting me know what was happening. I would highly recommend this company for products and any questions about what you purchased.

Dispatched quickly
Dispatched quickly and delighted with the product. Nice extra was the small drawstring bag that came with I which makes transporting it when I’m going away much better! Nice touch.

Very happy customer
I have had my Stylepro mask for just under a year and I have been very happy with it. It is easy to use and very versatile. I have recommended it many times to friends. I have recently had cause to contact customer services who I found to be very helpful and efficient. I can highly recommend this product and the Stylepro team.

I ordered the StylePro wavelength face…
I ordered the StylePro wavelength face mask and after a week i noticed the power button had popped into place and was unable to turn the mask or remote on. I contacted customer services and instantly they came to help. I answered a few questions and they instantly sent out a whole new mask. I would highly recommend the product as well as the customer service team. Thank you !!

I ordered an LED mask from Argos and after 11 months it stopped working. I reached out to them over email and within a few days they have organised to send me a replacement. Thank you to Lorraine. Would definitely order from them again - plus their LED mask is great

Exceptional customer service
I bought a mask via a third party seller and loved it sadly it become faulty. I contacted style pro and must say there response exceeded my expectations

Great products and customer support
Very happy with both the products as well as after-sales service.
I've been using the red light mask as well as the hair brush and they are doing the job well.
Had an issue with the mask's battery around 2 months in and after a quick chat with Lorraine in their customer support team, a new remote was shipped out to replace the defective one. Couldn't have asked for better service and I look forward to using the products for years to come.
