It's very honest and great brand, you definitely can trust them. The prices are good and the quality is great. You can never be worried about warranty, their customer service is incredibly perfect, had a warranty problem, while I'm in another country, they made a replacement in one day. Service is on top!

Love my mask, unfortunately it started flashing and not working properly but I was able to get a replacement and the team were very friendly and helpful. They were able to send it to me in Spain as well which was great as I had bought it in the UK.

I’ve had two reasons to contact STYLIDEAS this year in regards to my STYLPRO LED Face Masks. On the first occasion I wanted to buy some new eye shields before passing my mask on to my daughter. Customer service was fabulous and sent a pair free!
On the second occasion, after having some issues with my new mask, customer service arranged a pre-paid return and dispatch of a new mask in no time.

I treated myself to a Stylepro LED Face mask around Christmas time as it sounded very promising and reviews were positive.
The most important thing to me was the adjustable size of the mask as I have a small face. With the adjustments made the mask fits me nice and snugly allowing me to relax without having to keep adjusting straps. I use it on my face, décolletage and hair at least 3 times a week.
Its hard to say what improvements you see as its quite subtle and takes time but my face seems far more radiant the day after using becuase it stimulates circulation.
A problem did develop with the device where some of the lights started to flicker and the connection between the cable and controller seemed to become loose and make the mask go on and off.
I reported it to Stylideas and they explained what information they needed such as a short video and purchase receipt. The next day I received a pre-paid returns postage label and was asked to return the mask for repair or replacement.
Within 4 days I had a new mask delivered to replace the faulty one. Outstanding!
Communicating with this company was a breeze, friendly, helpful and professional. They got back to me at every stage to let me know what was happening and I could not fault their after sales service. They welcome feedback and actively encourage it in order to keep improving products.
Glad to have a mask back so that I can have my special 'me time', a few minutes of total relaxation, peace and calm, very much needed.
The company sells other health and beauty devices so may well be tempted in the future. I would certainly have no qualms about buying products from Stylideas.
